Then it was more like 20% off. On top of that, I was pressured when I walked in the door to cough up for a package card and get free change TODAY! I would have changed my air filters, but they didn't have any in stock. My biggest issue was they left a ton of oil or some other residue on my center console when I got back into my car (and my glove compartment napkins were gone so they clearly tried to clean it quick, but it didn't work.) Finally, they somehow turned off my Smart Screen (that is my clock, access to radio, Apple Car Play, etc.) which I've never seen before (there isn't a power button) so I had to ask them to come back and show me what they did to disable it. It's not all bad...the one lady helping me was nice, I was able to do my free emissions testing, and the waiting room was clean and had water, coffee, air conditioning, and apparently free WiFi (didn't use).
