The entire process was smooth and well-organized, and we really appreciated how clearly everything was explained to us. Justin, Barbara, and William were all incredibly helpful, professional, and patient. Other family members have also worked with them for their needs and had great experiences as well. We're very grateful for the team's guidance and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for their services.

My father had chosen Connors & Sullivan law firm to draft his will and to represent him in the disposal of his estate, which included filing the necessary legal papers, representing my father's estate in the disposal of his real property, and preparing his final tax papers. Fortunately, Connors & Sullivan was big enough and experiencing enough to have attorneys and legal assistance that took her care of everything at a distance for me. The disposal of my father's estate took over five years. I feel fortunate that the same people that I dealt with at first were still with the firm in the end. Finally, the employees were always easy to communicate with. So I can't recommend Connors & Sullivan for any of your legal needs. Sincerely Ken Rosemarin

I am a real person and if you would like to verify that please ping me through Yelp. I will be happy to show you who I am, how Steve Kass and his team made a huge difference for me and why I endorse him. I highly recommend using Steve Kass as an attorney. I had a serious issue with the IRS involving real property, a company I built and sold, and multiple years of taxes which were unfairly and incorrectly assigned to me and had been hanging over my head because my efforts to negotiate the matter were fruitless, even though a number of publicly available materials proved me right. Once hired, Steve and his office swung into action, going into deep detail on my situation, history, and my company and my personal finances. The outcome took months, because the IRS is not speedy, but it was a real win. I am not only vindicated in the offer that was negotiated, but I owe far, far less than I expected to, which as a number was far less than the IRS had assigned me and penalized me for. In short, it makes sense to shop, do your homework and hire an attorney with a solid history of winning these cases and with a support staff who can carry the day. Stephen Kass will be your guy.

In 2006, Doug did some extra work for me as a former employer had stolen over $100k from me in commissions. He charged me of course. In 2008, FINRA charged me with "not upholding high standards" for my email exchange with the principals of that Broker Dealer who had stolen money from me. It was two years from the date of the emails and my licenses had already lapsed. Doug wouldn't even back his own work and I ended up having to hire a new lawyer and I was initially suspended for 10 days and fined $10k and then Finra appealed their own decision and I was suspended one year and fined $50k for a simple email exchange that Doug had mediated. Doug would not lift a finger to help me or even write a letter to Finra or the NAC. In 20010, the CFTC sued me and my fund for a "simple registration violation". I asked Ron Geffner to please gte me the documents from 2005 to prove the fund was exempted properly. He ignored my requests. In 2017 I asked Ron to write an amicus brief to the Court. He wrote back to me that, "it wasn't his area of practice." So, I am writing to all you people in hedge funds or in financial services to stay clear of Geffner, Hirsch and Sadis & Goldberg. They are nothing but scumbags. I wouldn't be surpised if they work with regulators in getting charges brought so they can make more money. As a former SEC attorney, I wouldn't doubt Geffner doing something like that. He doesn't stand behind his work and he cannot be trusted.

When you get involved you are told your 10% is the fee and you pay after you receive your recovery funds. I been under there firm since July we are in September. My funds are recovered they refused to release my funds. Per the refusal the firm loaned me 4000.00 because I was not aware of all the extra fees. I didn't have 4000.00 with all of the unforseen fees, I asked the law firm for help it was loan to me. Mind you fees are not paid until after you receive your funds. From my understanding the Senior Management advised the attorney who's handling my case my funds are under there protection which would not get released until I pay 4000 plus the 10%. Remember you don't pay until funds are released. Eric Friedman stated not to release my funds. I paid the 10% on September 18, 2025 to show good faith and promise my funds would be released because I haven't paid $4000.00 this Eric Friedman didn't care about the 10%. Why would I get help from the attorney with the 4000.00. Obviously I don't have 4000.00. When you call the law office everyone pretends like they don't know what's going on. They will lie and say our law firm doesn't do this and they do which is f---ing weird. They are holding funds per there were several victims who didn't pay there 10% after funds were released.
