My partner and I had already found a place, made an offer and just needed to get into contract to start the process. Our original attorney was slow to respond and, at times, an all out flake. We decided to change our attorney because, as everyone knows, having good representation can make all the difference. SU WAS FANTASTIC. She was incredibly responsive, provided great insight and really looked out for our best interest. There was never a time that we felt out of the loop. She took time to walk us through documents or items that we didn't understand, and really put her foot down when we were leaning towards accepting things (not in our best interest) because we wanted to get the deal done. Su also kept me from having a complete meltdown on more than one occasion. She is the epitome of professionalism and is everything a real estate attorney should be. By 6/5/25 their team of lawyers failed to give me a proper analysis of my case. I asked for a refund. I had to pay over 5000.00 just for P&N to tell me that they still had not a full analysis of my case. The lawyer I spoke to was not even a real estate lawyer. I had to find another lawyer to take my case. This was an absolute waste of time, energy and money.
