As a cash patient, I was offered the discount plan which I've used before, the price for the root canal was manageable and comparable to insurance. I was treated no differently than if I would have had insurance. They help you with ways to make it affordable. I went ahead with the root canal that same time. Numbing was superb. Best numbing I've ever had, and the needles are what I hate. Dr Alsebei and his assistant Katie did an amazing job and I am no longer in pain. I have been to many dentists in the past and you can tell who doesn't care. This office cares and I've never had any problems. I really appreciate Dr Alsebei taking the time to explain everything and make me comfortable! 10 out of 10 would recommend

Took my 15 year old up there for a regular cleaning and I was told his cavity that he just had filled, was not correctly done and they needed to redo it at a price of $600. I was also told that he needed his wisdom teeth taken out even though they are not coming through and not bothering him. They never cleaned his teeth. My 24 year old went up there for a cleaning and he was told he had periodontal disease and needed a deep cleaning that would cost $1100 as well as four more visits every 3 months at $200 per visit. He was also told there was no hygienist so they couldn't clean his teeth...what?!?! I literally scheduled an appointment for a cleaning! They did of course take tons of x-rays of both my kids. By the way...neither of my kids have ever had any issues other than a cavity or two as long as they been going to the dentist. This seems more like a money grab, rather than a regular dentist visit. I will not be going back!

The waiting room was completely full, which should have been a sign of how disorganized things were. Once we were finally taken back, my child spent maybe 5 minutes with the hygienist. After that, we were left waiting in the room for another 45 minutes with no updates or communication from staff. When I finally asked what was going on, I was told the dentist still had another patient ahead of us. At that point, we decided to leave without even getting an exam. It's unacceptable to keep children waiting that long with no communication or consideration for families' time. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this office based on our experience. So now over the past 10 years, I paid him and his father thousands of dollars out-of-pocket and more through insurance to basically help speed up the decay of my teeth. When I thought the whole time they were helping me. I would just go to a periodontal dentist, which is a specialist or a holistic dentist these regular dentist that pump this stuff in your mouth and then don't tell you about receding gums and stuff is very cheap car salesman like. To fix all the periodontal disease work and to help slow it down because it never stops and to fix the root canals that him and his father have done over the years could be upwards of $20,000. Keep that in mind when you go to these places and they try to act like they're doing stuff in your best interest.
