I called around yesterday to different locksmiths in the area to have the lock box cut off. I spoke…read moreto a man who had experience with lock boxes and he told me that there is a law that a realtor has to claim their lock box in a timely manner or I am within my right to cut it off. Not only that but that their license can be suspended by the Oregon real estate board if they don't come and claim their box. I wrote an email to Amy and Deli and let them know about the information I had found out. This morning, someone came and picked up the box and gave me my key back. SWEET SUCCESS!!!! Deli actually got a "thank you" out of me this morning for FINALLY finishing this stupid situation. I will still be filing a complaint with the Oregon real estate board because I don't think anyone should be treated the way my husband and I were treated.

She knows her market extremely well; she is diligent, responsive, and very patient. Amy is very professional and personable. She clearly takes pride in doing a good job. Amy took the time to explain every part of the legal paperwork required in a real estate transaction. She knew the contracts and addendums like the back of her hand. She explained the legalese in a concise yet thorough manner. The experience at each phase of the sales effort was superior, such as innovative marketing efforts, useful insights on staging my home, effective showings and proactive facilitation during the sale negotiations. My transaction was a challenge due to a lazy buyer's agent. Amy handled this situation with professionalism and poise. She successfully facilitated the completion of all the necessary tasks in a timely manner. Another challenge was that my house was a difficult-to-finance older manufactured home. Yet my house sold within 40 days of listing, and for almost the full asking price. They accepted the house in as-is condition! Amy is the epitome of professionalism and knowledge. It has been a real pleasure to work with her.

I can say, from a renter's point of view, that McBride Properties does a great job. On the rare occasion I had to call for something, Amanda was quick to respond. She always responded to emails promptly as well. The day after I gave notice for December, the closing on our house was delayed, and I had to call and withdraw the cancellation for another month. Legally, she could have said, "tough, you're out at the end of this month!" But she immediately responded, said "no prob", and extended our lease another month. Now that I'm a home owner, I'm going to really miss being able to call whenever I have a problem!

This company practices borderline on scamming. Do not rent from this management company if you…read morewant to see any of your deposit back. The owner charged me for things that were ridiculous, such as $270 for weeding a patch of gravel in an RV area, replacement of screens that were in perfect condition when I left, "flea infestation removal" even though I never had a pet, etc.... The owner is very rude and dishonest. She violated "abuse of access" tenant law by showing up without proper notice of entry. She yelled at me as I was moving out and followed me around, which made me feel so uncomfortable. Unfortunately, she tends to be a bully and uses her position to gain profit off of the tenants. I would not recommend renting from this company, even if you love the house. It is not worth it, and you will never see your deposit again.

BUYER BEWARE!! I rented a property thru Red Bridge Property Management from Sept '22 thru Oct '23…read moreand will never do business with them again! While I enjoyed the property's privacy and natural beauty (located on a 3 acre lot on Laidlaw Rd near Saltzman) the house itself was not well maintained. Almost immediately upon moving in there were issues such as the dryer vent being completely clogged, skylights leaking and worst of all the sump pump that supports both downstairs bathrooms backed up resulting in raw sewage spilling onto the floor in multiple rooms. And there's mice, lots of them. I killed three while I was there and found their droppings throughout the home. With proper maintenance these issues would have been avoided. The home has no air conditioning which I knew, but I underestimated how the large windows and skylights would turn it into a greenhouse in the summer. A home worth nearly $1M should have AC but these guys are too cheap to install it and still expect top dollar for their rental. Worst of all though is that Red Bridge seems to believe that as a renter it's my responsibility to make the home 'move-in' ready upon my departure and charged me over $1000 in cleaning fees when I left the home completely empty and in the same condition as I found it minus normal wear and tear. I've never heard of a renter being expected to deep clean a rental property to perfection on move out but that's their position so be ready for that!!

When my sister in Portland died, I was left with the task of handling her estate. One of the items…read morewas a rental house that was managed by Red Bridge. As soon as I reached out to them, Brock responded and was in constant contact throughout the process, helping transfer the books into the estate and going above and beyond as I navigated (from California!) all of a sudden needing to manage and sell the home. He patiently answered questions, even when I had already asked them once or twice. He was a font of knowledge. Some management companies might have dragged their feet, but Brock was always available, and took the initiative to set up a phone call to walk me through the home, the tenants, the listing agreement, Portland tenants' rights, maintenance history, you name it. He was compassionate during a very sad time, and was immensely helpful even recommending a CPA to handle my sister's estate. He did everything but share cookie recipes and who knows, that's probably next. The monthly accounting that Red Bridge provides is clear and best-in-class in my experience. Frankly, if I lived in Portland and had Red Bridge managing the home I might have held on to it because dealing with Red Bridge is so painless. It's the defintion of a turnkey rental operation. I know my sister was happy with how they handled maintenance and tenant recuitment for her rental home, and the tenants were so happy there they ended up purchasing the home. Thank you Brock for your professionalism, compassion, responsiveness and thoroughness as I navigated a very challenging and sad time in my life. I would recommend Red Bridge without hesitation.

I actually put off moving for two years because it sucks!! A friend of mine introduced me to Realtor Scott Davis. He looked kind of young and I figured he was pretty new the the business. I decided to give him a shot and it was well worth it. Scott knows the business well and answered all my questions. He treated me like I was his most important client and constantly kept me updated on his progress. He only showed my home when it was convenient and made sure my property taken care of during those visits. He had my home advertised on every website and my yard for sale sign showed up early the next day This guy was totally relentless, like the Terminator of Realtors. He never stopped working on selling my house. I loved his energy and enthusiasm and that translated into my home being sold in two weeks!!!! They offer regular apartments and townhouses as well. I was surprised that they had 5 bedroom apartments which you don't see very often. I think there are three phases to building out this complex. The first phase is completed and open for rentals. It's a beautiful property and the Austin, the manager has wonderful customer service. Parking is free unless you want a carport or enclosed garage. Most units had a small storage room off the deck which is nice. Wide halls, elevators and they even had ADA apartments. There is a pool, gym, package lockers and nice lounge area for all to use. The only thing I would recommend is, please do not show apartments that are already rented... Because if the and they can't rent it it may be a deal killer.
