I was not familiar with the layout of this store as I usually shop at another closer location. It was near closing time, and employees were busy bringing in items from outside. This Lowes had the particular AC I was looking for. Finding it was challenging, but I did. It was also challenging to find a flat cart with which to move it, so I wound up "touring" most of the store. Thankfully, I tend to enjoy walking through Lowes. When I checked out, only self check was available. The clerk attending the self check offered get someone to help me load the AC. I declined since it was only 55 lbs. The parking lot was not very well lit, but the store was clean and pleasant. Where they could improve is having people available to help direct customer to the aisle that has what they need. That could have saved me a good 15 minutes of wandering around.

My $2000 order was not even prepared, and those at the pro desk told me just to go ask staff on the floor for help, those in the floor either ignored me or rudely told me whoever sold me the items was to help me. A cashier named Griselda refused to page anyone for help and once my crew loaded our materials as she watched she attempted to block exit as if we hadn't paid for the materials. I will forever go to Lowes and to a local equipment rental place. Even the equipment rental was such a nightmare! what a way to start a day!
