Tony plus two others arrived around 4PM and by 7PM everything was replaced and back to normal. He removed knob and tube wiring and replaced with all new wiring, upgraded the service panel to 200 amps, and installed many lights, baseboard heaters, bathroom fans, porch lights, etc. Knowledgeable - you spend 10 minutes with him and you realize he knows the ins and outs of all things electric and also generally all things house related. It really gave me confidence in his vision for the final project. Cost - we received several quotes. He was very competitive with his pricing. And when you price in the quality of the work, I think the value is second to none. He was also very upfront and transparent. No hidden charges. He explained why certain items cost what they did. Professionalism - he was punctual for all meetings and phone calls. Prompt with all text replies. Speed - Once the project was underway, they really moved at a fast. My house needed quite a bit of work and they finished in two weeks. OMG, these guys are the best! We had a problem with GFIs where the breaker seemed good but the…read morethe GFI and just some of the downstream outlets and GFIs were dead. For me it was a real head scratcher. Rick and Tony came out the next day and arrived ontime at 830 am. Within an hour they diagnosed and fixed the problem which was faulty wiring of the GFI. I told them they did not have to but they insisted on repeatedly putting on booties when coming into the house. They have a $200 fee for coming out that covers repairs if they do not need to install expensive equipment. I think that is very reasonable in today's world. Rick, who lead the team, strikes me as being honest as the day is long. It is so good to find intelligent, honest, and competitant craftsmen to fix stuff when it needs.
