The owner, Pete, gave me a fair price for both the tires and the alignment I needed. I was able to drop the car off the day before and asked to be called when it was done. I received 2 back to back calls (one from Pete, one from his office manager) saying my car was ready at about 11:30 the following day. One thing I would like to point out is that they do care about their customer service. On the phone message I received, I was told my total would be one price and when I went to pay, I was told a different price (that was $4 more). When I pointed out the discrepancy, she gave me the lower price that I was quoted. So I can get back on the road and when the winter weather comes, have no worries, and know that I saved a hundred dollars or so by not going to any other local places. Thanks Pete!
