Got a call from a manager stating that there was new damage to the vehicle. When asked about it he would only tell me a dent in the quarter panel. I asked for pictures because there was no damage caused by me during my time with the vehicle. He said he would show me only if I prick my insurance information. When I refused he got agitated and was no longer receptive. Sorry, you're not gonna out a claim against my insurance for something I didn't do. So then I get a call and email from the claims dept. I responded again requesting information and to no surprise.....nothing. No I receive bills demanding to pay for the damage that I still haven't seen anything about. This branch is running a scam. Stay away. If you use them MAKE SURE TO TAKE A VIDEO WHILE WALKING AROUND BEFORE AND AFTER THE RENTAL so they cannot try to rip you off like they are trying to do to me. And if they do then you can show them and tell them to pound sand. Wish I had picture to share but they refuse.

However the white lady was rushing because her shift was over and said "I'm not listening to anything else you say. I already heard you. You can't rent it." The process was disorganized from pickup to return. Worse, I left non-perishable groceries in the car, which will cost $35 to replace. It may not sound like much but living on a tight budget means we have to do without until my next check in a month. Their policy states they don't hold food items. However, sealed bottles of water, like those dispensed from vending machines, fall outside of that description. My $25 ice scraper was also "not found." When I called promptly to report it, the representative listened briefly, got defensive, and hung up on me without helping or escalating. This dismissive handling of a customer's property, on top of poor service, turned a trusted company into one I'd warn others about. Read every contract detail and document everything if you rent here.
