I am currently living in Europe and was responsible for planning a party in the states. I interviewed 5 candidates and Kenzie asked the right questions giving me the confidence she could do a good job. I typically plan all parties myself (I've planned and hosted many) AND I'm very picky so it was difficult for me to have someone help me. We chose a Swedish themed party and although she had no experience with this type of event, Kenzie did her homework and learned about the tradition so that she could provide guidance. We had 3 chiefs giving her direction, lots of changes and ideas coming from everywhere and in different timezones. Kenzie was flexible and willing to roll with the punches when needed. The highlight was the day of the event. Kenzie and her team set up the event, was there throughout the evening and then cleaned up. WOW, I was impressed! I cried as I entered the room because everything looked just like I imagined. I was the MC and hostess for the event. All I had to do was mention Kenzie's name and she was there to address my needs. She even thought of the little touches like making sure I had a piece of the cake, a floral wreath for my hair and copies of everything for memorabilia. The event venue complimented the cleanup. Thank you Kenzie and team for a job well done!!

They are both very organized and professional. I was never worried about anything falling through the cracks. I was also able to bounce ideas off of them and they always gave their honest opinion. They're also so kind and were genuinely fun to work with. Our wedding went perfectly because of them. We had a few bumps with the venue along the planning process, but Kristin & Kylee always solved any problem we came across. One thing I loved about working with Soiree was being able to meet with them at the venue in person on a few different occasions. This made me feel that much more confident in their execution as we could physically walk around the venue and talk about floor plans, decor, etc. On the day of the wedding, I couldn't have asked for a better team. We had to worry about literally nothing as the 2 of them took care of everything. They were also there at the very end of the night to help load and deliver the extra items that we weren't expecting to have to take home, which was so very much appreciated! I felt extremely confident throughout the entire process and am not exaggerating when I say they executed everything flawlessly and just how we had envisioned. Not only does Braelynn's expertise support in U.S. based weddings, she is also an expert for Mexico weddings. Braelynn created timelines, clear expectations, breakdowns on budgets/payments... It seriously was so easy to plan ahead and not feel the weight of the world on our shoulders. Braelynn's designs are so beautifully thought out with the intentionality about the couple and the environment of the wedding. We trusted her input and it truly exceeded our expectations. She really captured us through her work. Braeylnn's agility to take on last minute change/vendor communication is unmatched. My husband and I got married in Cabo during Hurricane Norma. Our venue requested to change our wedding date two days in advance from our original date. This was the day we were leaving for Cabo. Imagine that scenario? Communicating with vendors, guests, and changing the wedding timeline completely? I don't know if she slept, but she did it. My husband and I literally wouldn't have been to do this without her. She made us feel loved, helped us changed our perspective, and shed so much light. She fought for our day to happen, and we are forever thankful for her. Having a wedding planner is a no brainer. Due to COVID-19, they messaged us just 6 weeks prior to our ceremony letting us know that they were closed and would be unavailable to reschedule. We immediately panicked not knowing what to do and that's when we decided to seek out a wedding planner. With Braelynn, she wanted to make sure that no matter what we chose, we would have our fairytale wedding even during the pandemic. We were married at the Church of Dirt and had our reception in our family's backyard. Despite the drastic change in scenery, I wouldn't want our wedding any different because it was absolutely perfect down to every detail. Being naïve, I wasn't sure that we needed a wedding planner at first for a backyard (or any) wedding but I was completely wrong. When talking to Braelynn in our first meeting she already planned out who would be best to hire, how it would fit in to our budget, and went over fine details that I would have never thought of. Braelynn is very easy to talk to and loves to work with whatever request you have to make your wedding perfect. In addition to your own requests, she gives out much need advice on what would help that is often overlooked by the bride and groom. I can't stress enough how helpful Braelynn and her team were on our wedding day. Everything was planned out to the minute and the schedule had room to maneuver but she made sure that we were able to enjoy the most important parts of our special day. We were able to relax and enjoy ourselves with family and friends while Belle Bodas and Events made sure that all vendors were taken care of (and also having a good time). If you want your wedding as stress free as possible, please do yourself a favor and hire Belle Bodas because it will be the best decision for your wedding.

    Tried posting this on The Knot, but they removed my review:…read more Reasons for canceling my contract with Keili: unprofessionalism, inconsistencies, & lack of trust. By the time I reached out to Keili for day-of coordination, I had already planned most of my wedding & booked all my other vendors. From the moment we started messaging, she provided inconsistent information, tried to backtrack on offers, & attempted to gaslight me. First off, if you're planning on booking coordination & are expecting any in-person meetings before your wedding, think again (unless you're willing to pay much more than what you're quoted) - Keili considers the words "call" & "meeting" interchangeable in both her contract & communications. She quoted me $810 for 8 hours of coordination & a travel fee. She initially requested a signed contract with a 50% deposit. Before I could even respond, she messaged (unprompted), "If 50% is too much (which I totally understand!) I can do a 25% deposit and then 2-3 more payments before the wedding, whatever is best for you guys!" That sounded awesome & almost too good to be true so I agreed to 6 hours of coordination & the lower deposit. She then sent her contract via both Google Docs & PDF. Since I thought she was just trying to make things accessible / give people options & I prefer Google Docs, I tried to sign it there, only for her to accuse me of attempting to edit it - despite me literally just trying to sign the contract & her being the one who sent it in an editable format... Moving past that, we scheduled our first call. Things seemed normal until I asked whether she could possibly attend my final venue walkthrough 1 month before the wedding, what I considered a standard pre-wedding step to finalize logistics. She reacted strongly, saying it wasn't included in her coordination services. When I asked how much it'd be to add it, she quoted me $30, which I agreed to. However, I was still confused about the contract's wording, where "meeting" & "call" were used inconsistently. I followed up via email for clarification. Her response was defensive and condescending. She reiterated that walkthroughs weren't included, stating that she normally charges $150+ for things like that, but had quoted me an "extremely discounted rate" over the phone because she "felt bad" I had misunderstood. She also claimed she had lowered the deposit before because she "felt bad" that it was "too much" for me, despite me never having said that & her being the one who had voluntarily offered the 25% option... At this point, I was done. I never asked for a lower deposit or special treatment, yet she made me feel like I was receiving a handout & was worthy of pity, despite the fact that I was always willing to pay for whatever services I booked/received. I only ever tried to clarify what exactly I was getting for how much I was paying. It essentially seemed like I'd be paying $600+ for her to "virtually" plan some layout/design/timeline things (without ever having seen my venue in person) & move some tables & chairs on my wedding day. Also, there was no documentation explicitly stating that a venue walkthrough couldn't be included, with or without an additional fee - I had simply gone off of the vague contract prior to the phone call. I did reply, saying I'd only ever followed the options she'd presented & I expressed my discomfort with how all communication had unfolded. Ultimately, I decided not to move forward with her services. Best of luck if you do.
