We were thrown quite a curve ball the day of my wedding in that due to a completely unforeseeable situation, our venue became unavailable. I work as a project manager and can admit I am a very hands-on and organized person. I originally did not plan to hire any additional planning or coordinating services but finally decided an extra pair of hands would be helpful. Even if everything had gone according to plan, Roberta & Shelby were SO much more than just the extra pair of hands I thought I needed. There was no way any of us could have predicted the last minute venue change, but Roberta & Shelby handled it flawlessly. Without them, no amount of my organization or planning could have pulled off our wedding the way they did. Roberta was incredibly professional. She notified me early on of the changes, but only after she had time to begin working out a new action plan. I appreciated being kept in the loop, but also appreciated that she didn't call me the second the news broke...informing me of problems without potential solutions to offer would have been extra stress I didn't need in that moment. Roberta & Shelby were also absolutely in sync with Park City Resort and all of my other vendors. The communication and coordination was excellent. Because they had both taken the time to get to know me and understand my vision in the weeks leading up to the wedding, they did an amazing job of recreating our decor in a new venue space. Everything was exactly how I would have liked to see it, even though I wasn't available to provide any input. The planning leading up to our wedding was also perfectly executed. Roberta & Shelby asked the right questions, ran with my ideas, and prompted me to think about different approaches when appropriate. Roberta & Shelby are both extremely capable and professional, but what makes them stand a part from other professionals in your field is how genuine they are. They genuinely wanted to make this wedding my dream wedding, and they went above and beyond at every turn. Roberta even offered to hold our guest's baby during dinner so the couple could enjoy their meal. Although this wasn't something I saw, at least 20 of my guests did notice and made a point to tell me how amazing the Hoopes team was! That's exactly the kind of detail only a person genuinely committed to delivering an above and beyond experience would even think to do. My husband (!) and I are blown away by the HOOPES team.

I don't usually review but since the folks you have running your facebook page are blocking attendees from commenting and deleting the copious amount of negative feedback you are rightfully getting, I've been left no choice. Ticket holders for future events are expressing their concern for their upcoming event due to the reviews. You all are responding with "We had a GREAT event last night!" and then rushing to delete and block those who are telling the accurate portrayal of what went down. Positive reviews are coming from those who got there are at 5:00. The movie started at 7:30. You shouldn't have to arrive 2 1/2 hours early to not regret your purchase. You can't just make it like it didn't happen. Not when it was this bad. Let's start the list: You oversold tickets by what seemed like double. Even if attendees arrived an hour early, the car line to enter the event took an hour and a half. There were 3 food trucks, one of which, was out of food before the movie even started. The trucks with food, had an hour wait time for a corn dog. 5 fire pits for a massive field filled with people. What fun kids games and activities were you speaking of? You turned away paying customers who were still in line. You lied and told people commenting on facebook about the delay and asking if you'd hold the movie. You played it anyway. I've seen Hocus Pocus, it wasn't about the movie but the experience you promised. I understand issues but the responses from whomever is managing your facebook page are snide and unacceptable. Blocking disgruntled customers and deleting their comments to save yourself is truly sad. I hope you learn from this event and whoever is responding on facebook is condescending and not at all apologetic. I will be sure to avoid any event you are affiliated with in the future.

The kids learned so much about the care of horses. They really spent some quality time with the horses and got plenty of ride time. They taught them some really fun games on the horses. They have a fantastic party room, for the cake and ice cream! They were so good with the kids the whole time, and so kind to parents (they even let me sneak in a ride). All the party guests got really cute horse suckers, stickers, bandana, and trail mix. Two full hours of fun and very affordable!
