They will increase your rent as much as legally allowable every year. They auto bill pay charged me 3 times the rent amount causing significant financial hardship. With the billing error the book keeper told me I needed to be "careful" when making payments. no apology given, just placed the blame on me. How does a tenant practice care making an auto-bill-pay payment? Timeline is estimated 2-3 weeks to correct. I was told to take them to small claims court before she hung up on me. Don't rent if you can rent from literally anyone else in town. Slum lord property management.
