I donT post much but certainly with thexperience I had I certainly felt that he deserved some recognition. I do most of the work on my own car however didn't have time to make a repair and called my usual shop (or so I thought since I was in a hurry). I happened to get andys. Never heard of it but thought I'd just get some pricing. He was very personable, professional, and had answered all my questions. I let him know I had never used him and long story short he worked me in the next day so I had to give him a shot. Had great pricing, unlike some shops, and a sincere willingness to make sure I was satisfied. I was so impressed I went back a few times and even had my dad now leave his usual guy. I would highly recommend him to everyone. By chance I also learned his main area is body work and just so happened that my wife's car was in an accident lately and have put her car on hold with the shop who was going to fix (and I know them, and have had work done by them them seveal times as they always do excellent work). In this instance I am willing to stick with him. We all know we can go the next shop, the next store, the next doctor, etc when we have a bad experience, but I also feel that the service and professionalism displayed by Andy certainly deserves to be recognized.

Just a heads up, this place is more like a drop-off. Although they have chairs for customers to sit, the environment isn't very conducive for a long relaxing wait. I was dropping my daughter off at school just down the street and I must have driven over something while pulling into the school's parking lot because when I got out of the car to drop her off I heard a rush of air coming out of one of my tires. I started to panic not knowing what to do. This was also around 7 am in the morning so not much was even open. I ended up calling the Colussy Chevrolet service center which was thankfully open and they said I could bring it in. They quickly diagnosed and corrected the issue, and it only cost me around $20. Fast forward to today. I have a couple minor scratches on my car from a backing up incident over the weekend. I stopped by Colussy Collision center as it was on my way home and the manager, Tom, was kind enough to come out and take a look and give me his honest opinion which didn't even involve using their services. I'm glad I didn't need to use their services today but after my positive experience I know where I'll go if I ever do need more extensive repairs in the future!

So disappointed, having Bought over a dozen New Chevy trucks for my business in my lifetime , but this will certainly be my last truck from General Motors.
