She was putting on her "lip gloss" while I overheard them BOTH talking about me unprofessionally. She said " I can promise u, that girl does NOT wear diapers. He said "she did say she had to pee." They don't know my situation, they don't know what I go through. I leak from both ends and I've had numerous bladder surgeries. I don't have to explain myself but they were SO unprofessional. I definitely won't be back there again! The CAT scan guy was AWESOME as well as the lady in medication management or whatever her title was. Also, the check-in lady was good too. Some nurses were good. I have VERY good insurance and they will NOT be getting my business anymore! I advise anyone to go elsewhere! They are too busy flirting W/each other to help anyone.

I recently received an injection to my cervical area and I woke up the next day with absolutely no pain. This procedure itself is painful, but the result is worth it. I've tried the injections in the lumbar area in the past with no improvements, and therefore, I am treated with medication. This agency has been a Godsend to me and I will remain under the care of Dr. Justiz for the duration of my worsening degenerative condition. (When I began with Dr. Justiz, I was thoroughly educated about addiction and was required to meet with an addiction psychologist for assessment. OPM is careful to manage every aspect of taking the pain meds which shows to me how much they care about the patient and how professional they are.)
