And medical doctors and dermatologists not spending any time trying to figure it out. I generally left with steroid ointments or an Rx for a pull that would be hard on other symptoms in my body. Nothing was working. After seeing her for the first time and her attentiveness to my issue we decided that my skin issue was likely caused from within. This was great news. So we cleaned up my diet, found out the foods I was most sensitive to and eliminated them. I learned what to eat that would make my gut happy. It was easy. It did take awhile for the skin issues to clear but I can say I am well on my way to recovery. I highly recommend her. She is a wealth of knowledge, pays attention and simply understands. I appreciate the time she has spent in my case!

So I had my husband dial the number for me to call their office. The lady "Lauren" or "Laurie" refused to schedule an appt for me and saying "They would not schedule an appt for me unless I fill out some forms online." I explained to her that I could not do it online and if I could schedule it over the phone and fill out the rest of the forms when I come earlier for the appt. She was very cold and had no compassion and kept repeating "They would not schedule any appts over the phone or in person". Awful customer service! What if you are blind, old, disabled or just not good with technology. Making online forms "mandatory" for everyone and refusing service to patients just because they can't fill out online forms is just not acceptable.

Not only were my doctor, the medical assistants, nurses and front desk ladies all extremely helpful, they had an attitude that made you feel like they actually cared. I do want to give two shout outs for Dr. Megan Smith and Nurse Lauren. Do not go here if you are seeking help for perimenopause…read more I have been going to ECWG for 9 years. They cared for me during both of my pregnancies and I didn't have any problems, it was fine care - not great but I never left there crying. Today I did. The steady decrease in quality of care from when I was pregnant to postpartum to perimenopausal was shocking. They failed to diagnose me with PPD after my first child was born. They did diagnose me with it and prescribed meds after my second child was born. My routine exams after pregnancy were fine until I turned 40. Then all of a sudden I want to talk about HRT and perimenopause because it's excrutiating to deal with and the first NP said I just needed to deal with my symptoms. Basically "suck it up". I asked for another provider who after some convincing, agreed to give me HRT. She was very rude and cold to me. The second time I saw her she literally barely looked at me, never smiled, gave me one word answers and seemed so disinterested. I asked her if there were any foods or exercises I could do to help alleviate my symptoms and she straight up said "No," I called and complained about her, receptionist was just as rude. Then finally I got a third NP she was the worst of them all. Barely greeted me, stone cold face and demeaner, one word answers and dirty looks!! IS THIS THE TWILIGHT ZONE?!!! I'm still a human being who deserves care even though I'm not making babies anymore. What ever happened to compassion and care? The disinterest all of these healthcare "professionals" show is quite alarming. I could and do get more helpful information from Google and Midi Health. After being a patient at ECWG for almost a decade, today was the last time I step foot in that office. Run as fast as you can away from this place. I had asked to be referred to Dr. Yundt for over a year, but I kept ending up with other PAs and other neurosurgeons, because providers in corporations are unwilling to refer outside their group. All they told me to do was get injections into my spine, which did no good whatsoever. I finally did some foot stamping, and ended up in Dr. Yundt's office. he took one look at my MRI and told me not to worry, that he could help me. I had a laminectomy on L 2-3, 3-4, and 4-5, and when I woke up from anesthesia, for the first time in two years, I could feel my feet, and when it came time to be discharged from this day surgery, I could stand up straight and tall, and walk normally, painlessly.
