He had IBS symptoms and deep vein pain in his legs when walking for any distance. His seasonal and pet allergies were out of control. At 36 years of age, he faced the choice of being put on a multitude of drugs from his primary care physician, or, as he described it, taking his body into his own hands and getting down to the business of truly becoming healthy.
