Thought I try this place and I have to say my experience here was excellent and I would highly recommend. The place was extremely clean and the staff were not only extremely efficient but were very polite and helpful. The food was extremely good and well with the cost. I purchased a French Dip without cheese and I have to say I definitely got my monies worth! They put a lot of roast beef and it was delicious so was the dip. started at the counter, guy with glasses couldn't be bothered to even talk to us just stared at me and my fiancé to order. we order, 3 people order after us. all 3 get there orders made and served to them before us. when I ask to change our order from in house to Togo cuz it's been 30 minute, the girl in the kitchen is on her phone texting and stops when she sees me staring at her. when I asked for the receipt neither cashier nor manager said a word they just print the receipt and hold it out toward me. never eating at this location again read more

McAlister's didn't disappoint! I always try to stop here when in town. I called my order in ahead and Chris served me when I got to the restaurant. He oozed positivity and happiness and you could tell her really enjoyed working there! He was very pleasant to interact with! I got the Italian sandwich with potato salad, my go-to and it still tastes like I remember as a kid. If it's not broke, don't fix it! I also go a black cherry sweet tea and that was enough to keep me up all night (I'm sensitive to any caffeine though!) A quick phone in and grab it order. I was craving a French Dip and salad. The quality is almost always good at this location as it was this trip. The service can be good and terrible here, but this trip, it was decent. When calling it in, they repeated my order but probably could have upsold me on anything as I was starved! It was ready when I arrived. There was enough au jus this time (sometimes, it is significantly not enough). The taste was nice and salty with a taste bud pleasing beef flavor. I love your French Dip, but it seems that every time I order it for delivery, you forget to send the aus jus sauce which is supposed to be included. Also address the employee standing at the front counter playing on their cell phone having no clue a customer is standing at the front counter. Running late for work and I should have went with my 1st mind and went to Chick Fil A. The first encounter felt a little rude and rushed but I overlooked it. So when I got outside to my car and seen how thick the dressing was I went back in to get more or another kind. The same cashier (Jay) looked over to the lady behind the counter with him and whispered "what she want" as I was walking up. When I told him I read his lips he acted surprised and tried to clean it up "naw I was just saying like I wonder wat she wants". That's the most unprofessional and rudest demeanor to give off especially when u get CAUGHT doing it! Used to be my favorite lunch spot- sad to say that's no longer true. Over the past year the service has been pretty awful unless dining in and you get lucky on staff. Main disappoint is that the last 3 times I have tried to order over the phone, I end up just going to the restaurant where I see they leave the phone off the hook so they don't have to 'deal with calls'. When I ask, the employees usually say something like, 'how funny'. Additionally, I have had a number of issues with orders- today they got all right but the wrong sides- has happened a lot. If you want a healthy meal here, make sure you go to dine in so that they can correct their mistakes and not leave you on the phone for 20 min thinking they will pick up - they will prob not. read more

McAlister's is a combination of Panera Bread, Jason's Deli, with a pinch of Potbelly. The place was clean (including the bathrooms) and the staff was very nice and helpful when it came to making a selection on the menu. I took advantage of their choose two option and got half a smokey bacon turkey sandwich with the black angus spud while my wife had the spicy southwest chicken sandwich and a side of mac n' cheese. Both sandwiches were good but my wife enjoyed my smokey bacon turkey sandwich a lot more, especially when dipped in ranch. The mac n' cheese wasn't anything special and a bit bland. I wish there was an ingredient like bacon to take it up a notch. We also had the half and half lemonade that comes with free refills and what was more awesome than that was that you can change out the flavors for free (other lemonade flavors include strawberry and regular lemonade). Overall, my experience was pleasant and we will definitely be returning back. I will add that this is a new establishment but we hope that the cleanliness and the service remains the same in months to come. read more
