    Three Strands Farm

    Three Strands Farm

**Three Strands Farm is an Absolute Dream**…read more If you're looking for a wedding venue that truly has it all, look no further than **Three Strands Farm**. From the moment our kids toured the grounds, they knew this was *the* place. And honestly? It exceeded every single expectation we had on the actual day. Let's start with the setting -- it is **breathtaking**. Tucked among towering trees, the natural forest backdrop gave our kids wedding a magical, storybook feel that no amount of décor could manufacture. The space itself is incredibly generous, never once feeling crowded even with a large guest list. Everyone had room to move, mingle, and truly enjoy themselves. The **elegant tents** gave us peace of mind we didn't even know we needed -- beautiful on a perfect day, and an absolute lifesaver if the weather has other plans - which we expected but it barely sprinkled. We loved that we didn't have to sacrifice style for practicality. And then there are **Yvonne**. Where do we even begin? As both the owner and coordinator, she pours her whole heart into every single wedding at Three Strand Farm, and it shows in every detail. She anticipated every hiccup before it happened, kept our timeline flowing seamlessly, and made sure we were never stressed for a single moment. She isn't just a coordinator -- she's a calm, capable, genuinely caring presence who makes you feel like your wedding is the only one that has ever mattered. We cannot say enough good things about her. Yvonne and Dallas have done an amazing job with only taking over the venue for a short time. The **dance floor** was the perfect size -- big enough to fit the whole crowd during the best songs of the night -- and the **bar setup** was smooth, well-stocked, and handled with total professionalism. Not one person waited too long for a drink. The **parking** situation was easy and stress-free, which our guests genuinely appreciated. The grounds are extremely easy to navigate even for wheelchairs, walkers, and people with mobility issues. The **on-site accommodations**. The **bridal party house** was an absolute sanctuary -- plenty of space to get ready, sip mimosas, take photos, and soak in the morning without any chaos. It is worth **adding on to the wedding package!** Do not pass on the opportunity to **rent** it, we promise you won't regret it!! The **groom's room** gave the guys their own dedicated space to relax and hang out, which kept everyone calm and in their lane. And for guests who wanted to extend the celebration, the **on-site camping option** was such a unique and memorable touch -- it was so nice to be able to relax after the reception on-site -- another option we would highly encourage to **add-on**. The on-site **bathrooms** were clean, spacious, and well-maintained all night long. Ask any bride -- this matters more than people realize! Three Strands Farm isn't just a place to get married. It's a full **experience** -- for you, for your wedding party, and for every single guest. Yvonne has something truly special here, and you can feel the love and intentionality in every corner of this property. If you're on the fence, get off it. **Book Three Strands Farm.** You will not regret a single second. We can only hope this experience is available for our next wedding we have!

The cookies were just amazing, and our idea for a woodland rose birthday theme was perfectly executed. We had the cake designed to match my daughter's dress and it was perfect. We got the vanilla cake, raspberry filling, and vanilla buttercream. Everyone loved the cake and it was so fresh, not overly sweet, and had that homemade goodness to it where close tour eyes and smile and feel nostalgia for something new. My husband is still raving about the cookies, so I just ordered him a dozen more for fun. He is also already trying to think of another occasion so we can order another cake before his birthday in December.

I figured why not I can bring them to my family for Easter. The process and instructuon made it so simple and literally for ANYONE and ANY skill level. They had the ingredients and decorating items pre set for us with a dozen naked cupcakes ready. We were shown how to do a variety of icing shapes and made so many different styles. My creativity was flowing and we both had a blast. I would totally recommend this place. The teacher & helpers came around and made sure to give us personal attention and help if needed. Can't wait to try another class.

Co W - Main Floor coworking and event space in downtown Salem, Oregon at Co.W coworking.

The downtown location is convenient and has a lot of parking and food options. It is a secure building with strong and fast wifi, plenty of space, and quiet booths for meetings. The cons: It really is quite dirty with a lot of necessities missing. There is rarely soap in the bathroom and toilet paper and paper towels are never in their dispensers... just sat out. There are multiple printers but they're all out of paper. While there are a lot of spaces for working, most do not have outlets. While the drop-in price for CoW isn't bad, it would be nice to see this office cleaned and re-stocked a little more frequently.

My new house is incredibly rural, and upon realizing how laughable satellite internet is, necessity called for a more reliable form. Co.W is about 45 minutes away, but the most cost effective coworking space option, so they easily won. They offer a variety of membership options from offices and dedicated desks, to flex seats where you just settle in any available space. All plans offer some conference room access, use of the printer, and even free beverages and snacks. It's easy to sign up online and you enter via the two available doors using your cell phone, so I'd actually used the space for a good few weeks before I ever met the owner. I did have some questions I sent via email, and he always responded promptly. The interior of Co.W is gorgeous. I don't know what the space used to be, but it's an incredible old building with exposed brick, gorgeous hardwood floor, and even a fireplace! My favorite spot was along a little alcove with a big window and skylight. There is plenty of room with both an upstairs and downstairs space. They have tables where you can stand, or more traditional desks, and the chairs were all quite comfortable. I really enjoyed the culture of Co.W and everyone I met here was so nice and friendly. Working there, I felt like a very cool urban gal with the convenient downtown and just off the highway location. The whole area is very walkable and I enjoyed many lunch breaks wandering the streets and checking out adorable shops or picking up goodies from excellent eateries and bakeries (Hello Little Cannoli!). My reason for discontinuing use of Co.W was through no fault of theirs. After working there for about two months, (a maximum of maybe eight days a month), the city notified me that I would be required to purchase a parking pass. Not only that, but the parking pass only allows parking on the roof of the parking garage. Figuring in the cost of the pass with the price of membership, my cheapest coworking option was suddenly much pricier. Adding in gas, wear and tear on my vehicle and so forth, I eventually moved to Alt in McMinnville. Now, if I lived in Salem, Co.W would have absolutely remained my co-working space of choice. I might have found an alternative means of parking, though!
