She tells you to lay your stuff on her chair in "her living room". Get cozy, and craft! My 7 year old daughter, loves to craft. She was in awe of Deb's display of all things craft supplies. She asked if she could have Deb's collection of craft supplies.I told her one day. She started right away, painting, coloring, and being in her element. Her 3 year old sister is right there following in her big sisters foot steps. We loved hearing about all the classes coming up and seeing them on the wall is fun too. My girls and I live in CA, my Mom has a house here in Florence so we come to visit a lot. This time around we looked for a house in Albany because we are moving. My daughters loved painting rocks, picture frames, star's, and other Americana decor. We decided to come back the next day to decorate cupcakes. Oh my goodness, Deb had the whole she-bang! Sprinkles galore, cool star sprinkles, different color icing, fondant, fun 4th of July picks to put in them. The girls had way to much fun. When we left my 3 year old Emmy says Mom lets come back, that was fun. I told her you are right, that was fun, we will definitely be back. What waits for you is a fixed price menu of several courses designed by Chef and the South Salem HS Culinary students. I have had the pleasure of dining in what can truly be one of Salem's best dining experience on two separate occasions. Both times the Menu included two entrees, two desserts and creative starters, soups and salads. The best part of the dining experience is that you can be your own "Iron Chef" judge and provide useful feedback to the students on each course. If you like a "Chef's Table" experience where you are part of the foodie learning process then this is it! The servers are the students themselves which so far has translated into an impeccable level of service. I am looking forward to the next time. The was today fresh and broiled in butter. It was firm and flaked onto my fork. Service personnel, informative and friendly. Everything was right on target especially the price of the meal.
