The instructor gave us at least 25-40 different ways I d never heard of to totally disable any aggressor that was based, I believe, on accupuncture and nerve pathways or some such. All I know is that within one class I would be able to disable someone twice my size. Highly recommend this especially for any girls going away to college.

They need to answer a phone or call back. Also, the emails could be way more professional. Like a salutation, a friendly greeting something! That is why I took off one star. Everything else? Oh my. I had such a great time. Cole is one of the owners, and he is so funny. I mean this is a serious topic ,but he was informative and took the time to know your name and demonstrate moves but he packaged all of that in humor. I would definitely take another class with him. Great investment for you to become a savvy safe lady and have fun too!
