Anyone telling you this gym is clean is lying. It is F i l t h y, and they bribe people with free…read moreshirts to leave them nice google reviews, which is very shady. They try to make it seem like its impossible to clean because it's 24 hours, when other gyms that charge less and have a bigger area can. It's a small area, there's no reason it should be that nasty. I've seen bugs plenty of times, the bathroom walls have smears everywhere, the floor and equipment is full of thick dust that makes me sneeze all the time. (I have pictures on several different days and several different areas of this filth, if they wanna try and lie). The only upsides to this gym are the 24/7 status and the variety of equipment. It's also not too crowded usually, but man that filthiness is insane. Gyms are already unsanitary, and for it to be that bad has to be a health hazard. You also have a ton of gross, sweaty men who get their sweat all over machines and don't clean them, and they never re-rack their weights. This is not necessarily their fault, but maybe if they enforced cleanliness and common courtesy more, it would not be an issue.

Absolutely not, all they care about is being a money hungry business. It isn't clean at all when…read moreyou lay on the floor to workout all you can see is dirt and dust. I signup with two personal trainers only one cared to actually do there job and was knowledgeable about it. My husband sign up for training not only did the trainer just not show up multiple times. He then said, he was leaving the gym bc they weren't paying him. All they ever did was charge extra fee and say you signed up for contracts that never happened. Why would you sign a 12 month contract if you weren't happy with gym or hurt. Do not go here, you will wish you had never stepped in this place. They just make excuses for their bad behavior.

We're kicking off the new year in search of a better pool service company than Sweetwater Pools…read more The subpar reviews on this app align with our disappointing experience. Here's why we don't recommend Sweetwater Pools... Inexperienced technicians - unable to answer the most basic maintenance questions. Disrespectful to property - the technicians would disassemble our pool skimmer, using the pole to mix their chemicals (that's fine!), but then not put it back together. We repeatedly asked them to put it back the way they found it to no avail. It felt lazy and disrespectful. Zero communication - really hard to get anyone to call you back to address concerns or questions. To sum it up, we never felt like Sweetwater Pools valued our business or ever tried to salvage it. You have been forewarned.

Not a very good experience with Sweetwater Pools, we needed our pool cleaned after it was opened…read morefrom another not so pool friendly company, we agreed on the contract, made the monthly payment, almost 2 weeks later a guy from there comes out to clean and get the pool ready for summer, he only vacuumed half the pool, and dropped 5 3" tabs in the strainer basket and then he left, his "supervisor" then came out couple hours later, said he would have everything done even if he had to come back out and vacuum again, well he left to after about an hour, sides of the pool were not cleaned, debris still on the bottom of the pool, empty chemical bottle left on the pool deck, left and never heard from him again, called Saturday, spoke with Management but since he is management North, he could do anything, Monday I called the office, told them everything that was and was not done, I was told that the pool techs report stated " the pool was cleaned, chemicals added, and the deck was cleaned up with a leaf blower" I think its pretty sad when employees tell stories to there employers to make themselves look good while making a PAYING customer look bad. Not one word of sincerity or offers to help get to the bottom of the situation, I told them to cancel my NEW account, and was told "ok, have a nice day". out XXX.xx for 5 chlorine tablets and some bottle of chemical!!
