TWO WEEKS and counting on waiting for a drug test to start a job. Absolutely ridiculous. Worse experience ever. read more

I went at 2Pm on a Thursday and they had me waiting in the lobby for 2 hours. When the 2 hour mark came I decided that I would ask them why I was being skipped. They asked if I checked in, I said yes. They said I'd be up next. I get skipped again 20 minutes later when the drug screening person notices I've been here and have been being skipped. He asks if I've been helped, I say no & am told to wait again. This was a horrible experience, not to mention they were rushing me and being rude on the phone beforehand- I had some questions about what I should bring (ie ID). Spare yourself and go to the Glendale location. read more

I had half my thumb turn off an industrial accident. I wasn't thinking too clearly loss of blood and found my way into West. I couldn't believe how quickly the staff went into action. Three of the staff immediately dropped what they were doing and took me in the back and began to clean me up. I began going into shock the three women I began going to the shock and those three women were like Angels taking care of me until I was able to come to. The on-site doctor stitched me up as best she could with what she had to work with. The next week I went back to thank those women who went out of their way to take care of me, total stranger. Nancy Giselle and Erica thank you from the bottom of my heart. read more

This place fkn sucksssss being in the field I know dam well it doesn't take long to process one freakin drug test .! get it together!!! It's after 6pm and I've been here since 3! If I didn't need this job I wouldn't wait freakin ridiculous.!! read more

I had to wait 2 1/2 hours for just a pre placement drug test (urine test). Maybe the thought of collecting urine and one doing so should NOT take this long. I wouldn't recommend coming here but better yet go elsewhere regardless of drive and location cause its less than half of waiting here. Its just frustrating to wait for a simple task for a walk-in read more

I was waiting for a simple drug screen. Filled out all the paperwork and had proof of what I was doing there but somehow I had to wait 2 hours sitting there waiting for it. I should've just went in the waiting area from how long they want to take. read more

The wait is long, they cram people like sardines into the waiting room, very limited seating. What an awful awful place. Went in on a Monday morning. read more

Absolutely the worst run place I have ever been to, the wait is ridiculous, they were not that busy. Over 90 minutes to get seen. Young lady at reception area was very pleasant and helpful. Korina my assistant was thorough, great at communication and follow up, highly recommend her and Happy Birthday to Korina. If it wasn't for the 90 minutes of waiting, I would give the facility 3-4 stars. read more

This place is terrible. It's a medical facility so you have to wear a mask but they cram as many people that walk in to this tiny waiting area. Every other chair has a sign that says do not sit so people are standing lining the walls..defeats the purpose anyways nobody is 6ft apart lol. Just waiting for a pre employment drug screening, been here two hours already. HEADS UP! Don't come prepared having drank water before you get here, nobody at the desk will acknowledge you once you've checked in so you will be sitting or standing elbow to elbow!! read more

Came in for a pre-employment drug screen. The staff was amazing always keeping up to date with all the people waiting. No rude attitude at all from anyone. The only bad thing was the wait, waited 3 hours just for a urine test, but the ladies upfront said they were short staffed so it made sense! read more

Do not go to MBI unless you absolutely have to. The testing there may be free but it is worth paying your copay so you don't have to go MBI. The wait is extremely to long. The waiting room is crowded & dirty. Many sick people come through there and it does not look like they keep the areas clean. Would give less than 1 star if I could. Do NOT use MBI! read more

MBI doctor do not understand injuries especially physical injuries of the back. The doctors never did a through exam and never sent for images even though I showed signs of nerve issues. Beware and get second opinions. read more

Worst place to come too, if you like waiting for hours and hours come here. Otherwise, don't waste your time. Front desk was rude an impatient. Don't recommend. read more

If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. This place sucks. I recommend going ANYWHERE but here. Literally waited an hour just to get called in for a drug test and an additional 50 minutes sitting at checkout just for them so say "thank you everything will be sent over" if I didn't get up and ask what was taking so long, they would have made me wait longer just to tell me that. Super unprofessional. read more

Yeah just left this place front desk ladies were nice the wait was crazy almost pissed myself because I drink a lot of water to take my drug screen. The older Mexican lady taking my piss test was okay in the beginning but then when I asked her if antibiotics will show up she got a little attitude "Well it's a drug test"... well no shit! some prescription drugs show up why I was asking that question.... read more

So far the worst treatment center I've ever been too. If you have an option STAY AWAY FROM HERE. I guess Saturday's being open is reason enough to not be staffed properly. I've Been here for 3 hours for an X-ray. There's only two people needing one right now and I was here a hell of a lot longer than the other guy. Still waiting, now in my car. Pretty soon just gonna call it and write more reviews like google etc... Note all this is on Facebook too. The X-ray person is here now. So for an hour and 17 minutes no one was able to do an X-ray???? Sounds a little wired. Pretty sure I'll be getting a call to come back in here in a few minutes. And I did. Hire more people or be better staffed. People have problems and sitting in an uncomfortable environment for as long as I have is unacceptable. Hit the 4 hour marker. I've literally been waiting for over 30 minutes for a prescription. The worst PLACE EVER Prior to leaving. I asked for a manager due to how long I've had to wait and was told there wasn't one. I told them about me posting this on Facebook and was told their manager already knows about Saturday's. WOW, I hope this is not true. read more

Very disappointed. I waited for an hour to get a TB test done while there were only 3people in front of me upon my arrival. This is ridiculous to have someone wait this long even if it is a walk in basis. read more

Came here for a drug test and TB test and had a great experience. The staff was very friendly and I didn't have to wait long at all.

This place is an absolute joke. I have taken a friend here to be seen 3 times. Every time we are waiting for over 2 hours whether there is an appointment or not. The girls in the front would much rather chit chat and giggle then to provide decent customer service. I hate the this place so much it's not even funny. The air is always at 45 degrees so not only are you waiting for your appt but you will also freeze to death while waiting. read more

I have been coming here for months to follow up on a fall injury. My appts are on Saturday afternoons for my convenience. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait, but other times none at all. read more

Had the worst experience in this place. The staff is rude (Ashley, I'm talking to you) and you have to wait forever. Please, go somewhere else! read more

This place is horrible. I walked in for a simple urinalysis and there were 4 people in here, it's been 2 hours! Nothing should ever take the long. There are close to 20 chairs in the waiting room......FOR WHAT? At this pace they'd NEVER see all patients in one day. Absolute nightmare. If you are an employer DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. Find somewhere further out because it will be better timewise. It s not a coincidence that this place has almost all BAD REVEIWS. read more

Sadly I had to come here for (one) shot.. Doesn't take long to do so.. They have five workers up front taking paper work but takes over an hour and half to be called back.. Well at least that's how long I been sitting here now. I would walk out but they keep your id till they call you back .. I wouldn't come unless you have to.. read more

Spent three hours in one trip for them to only do an X-ray and not an MRI. Not happy.

If a patient has an appointment, there is no excuse for making them wait two and a half hours to be seen. Absolutely ridiculous. This place thinks that's acceptable, as it's clearly their norm from both personal experience on three different occasions and hearing others talk in the waiting room. This still occurs even when the waiting room is empty. The doctor sits at the computer the majority of the time (task delegation people!). This last time, it took over an hour to be taken back for vitals, then I sat in an extremely cold room (I was told I had to deal with it) for over an hour and a half. No one ever checked on me, or even apologized for the wait. I went out a couple times and was given the cold shoulder--one time asking the wait time because I have blood sugar issues and needed to eat soon and was not feeling well. I waited for another 45 minutes, where at one point, I was curled over from nausea with the door open (I finally opened it because it was so cold) and still no one checked on me or asked if I was okay. AND IT'S A DOCTORS OFFICE! This place is a joke. Even if you have a workman's comp claim, avoid it. read more

Wow... Just wow. Poorly run, I don't think it could get much worse. No sense of urgency, the wait time is RIDICULOUS! I am shocked that anyone would use this facility. If you have any choice in the matter, don't come here. read more

Had a great experience here. Went in horribly sick. The 2 ladies working the front desk were extremely nice and helpful. They got me in, the doc treated me, and I was off to get my prescription. Very fast, very professional. Highly recommend. read more
