I'm also now wearing a size 2 jean--which I've never been in before. His program is a no nonsense, no fad or silly workout routine. It's a comprehensive program for anyone who is serious about weight loss and getting in shape. It's super simple. Seth is amazing to work with. He is very confident and knowledgeable. He can work through any issues with injury, diet, etc. He guides you through the workouts and encourages you along the way. The accountability alone made a huge difference and kept me consistent even when motivation dipped. And if anyone has an excuse, it's me--I have three kids, one with special needs, a job, and real life happening nonstop--yet this program was still realistic and doable. Beyond the physical changes, my confidence is at an all-time high and I finally feel strong, capable, and proud of my body.     I was a monthly member here for about five months. When I decided to cancel, I went in person and…read moreclearly asked to do so. Instead of processing the cancellation, the front desk employee repeatedly pushed me to put the membership on hold and continued selling me on that option. After spending far too much time going back and forth and needing to leave, I reluctantly agreed to a short hold just to end the conversation. Nothing was signed, and I was told I would be notified before the membership became active again. That did not happen. Two months later, my membership was reactivated without notice and my bank account was charged. I had not used the service and only discovered the charge while reviewing my statement. I returned in person to cancel (again) and was once again met with sales pressure before they finally processed the cancellation. They refused to refund the charge for the unused month, despite the lack of notification. After being a good, paying customer for five months, this experience was extremely disappointing. Billing and cancellation practices are unclear and poorly communicated. Proceed with caution if you sign up.

They make you believe you are signing up for a certain number of sessions and it ends up being like trying to break free of a gym membership. I ended up with a spine injury, not caused by them, but my doctor told me I was done with them. I gave my notice in May that I would not be back and in August I started getting hit with a 'membership' fee. I was told that my membership was not cancelled when I requested it but paused and they were taking another month because I didn't give 30 days notice. I now have officially given my 30 days and if they decide to do this again they will be dealing with the media. They did not consider my medical condition a termination of my membership. They need to clean up their business practices.

I came to Rachel at a time in my life when I needed workout training, structure and accountability and Rachel has provided all of that and then some within this year. I can count on one hand how many training sessions that I was unable to make within a year because Rachel made my training fun and do-able. I'm also amazed at the stamina that I now have and the things that I'm now able to do with my body that I wasn't able to do when I first started. My back, ankles and knees no longer hurt me and give me problems. My legs and arms are physically stronger and allows me to do day to day functions without any struggle or pain. One of the many things that I appreciate with Rachel as a trainer is her knowledge and ability to assess and customize the perfect training as well as nutrition plan for you; all trainers do not know nutrition as well as training and believe me good nutrition is 80% of weight loss and healthy living. It is also comforting to know that I am not just another paying customer in a group of hourly/daily trainees but that Rachel has actually sat down and assessed my daily/weekly workout plan before I start my weekly training, she watches me to ensure that I am doing the exercises or using the machines correctly for my safety and to overall ensure that I meet the training goals that we discussed at the onset of our training relationship. If you are looking for that one in a million knowledgeable, punctual, reliable and experienced trainer you should definitely give Rachel a try, I promise you won't regret it and I'm not one that is so easily impressed.
