And his project estimate was clear, detailed, and within the price range we expected. Greg and his crew are experienced pros. Greg seems like an all-around great guy. He walked the perimeter with me and described how they'd demo and build each section. They worked surprisingly quickly and efficiently, and kept the area cleaned up. The new fence looks great. Logan, was prompt, professional, well knowledgeable , respectful and kind. He provided me with a fair estimate for the replacement of our driveway gate . The installers arrived , used their time wisely and the installation went smoothly. Upon completion they invited me to inspect their work which I found to be exemplary . Ron came out to the worksite and took a lot of time listening, answering my questions and researching when he didn't know the answer. He was kind when my 'imagination' for a rolling manual 'barn door' gate offering ideas and 'thumbs down' when not practical. Due to COVID, my job was delayed due to the many previously waiting customers' jobs being held off due to restrictions. Thankfully for me, my job was finished before the rainy winter season! Not only did I receive attentive friendly service, the job site was left clean and above my expectations. I would highly recommend this company and Ron for their work!

Very upsetting experience. See pictures of Alpine's "repair" of two leaning fence panels. I hired…read morethem even though they were the most expensive bid because of some of their reviews, their pole in post technique, and because I believed Ron Clayton and his representation that they could do the repair properly. The pictures show the repairs needed and the shockingly bad repairs. I am particularly concerned about the notching of the new support posts, two of which had a depth of about 25% while a third was reduced by what looks like about 50%. I cannot see how the strength of the posts are not severely undermined. The posts are at different heights, the panels appear crooked, and I do not think that the pole in post method promised was used. The fence looks ugly.

Side note: Why we bought a house with a huge yard when we have zero gardening skills and/or yard maintenance work ethic is a question best left unanswered. Without Mr. Duong you probably wouldn't even be able to get to our front door through the untamed wilderness. For a while we were only paying to have our grass cut and during that time a lavender bush out front grew so big and full of bees that I started completely avoiding our front stairs (I may have irrational fear of bees). Mr. Duong trimmed it back and now I can use our front steps again. Thank you, Mr. Duong!
