They are fine as long as you don't plan to ever quit using their service. When we converted to…read morenatural gas, we emptied our propane tank which probably made them angry that they couldn't re-sell the remaining propane. After they removed the empty tank, they demanded that we pay the new full price of a missing regulator. The company that did the conversion had thrown it out because it was rusted and corroded. The regulator had been installed 28 years ago. Beware if you're not sure you will never want to discontinue their services.
