And he was right! We did end up adding to the project because when we looked at the amazing new paint job next to existing paint, we wanted to paint more of the exterior, and his painters happily accommodated our requests. The final job looks amazing and the additional work was at minimal additional cost. I actually told him we should pay him more (he refused) - his guys did such a great job! Phyllis Born worked up an estimate within days. She found several problem areas I hadn't noticed and documented the details into the estimate. She noticed that I was cleaning the baseboards in prep for the job, and she told me that wasn't necessary as the painters would do that. And when the painters arrived, indeed they were very thorough. They feather sanded surfaces, shone lights on the walls and marked areas requiring their attenion. Phyllis walked with them and pointed out items documented in the estimate. The paint job is exceptional: wavy seams were straightened, woodwork stands out and is clearly defined, water damage spots are invisible and the stencilling is gone! When I realized what a difference their craftsmanship produced, I asked Phyllis to add several small jobs,and although they increased the job time a few days, she incorporated the work and it got done. I am so impressed with this company ... in particular the cooperative staff and the competitive price .... I highly recommend them for interior or exterior painting.

Kevin Allen is a compulsive liar, arrogate and cocky. He was suppose to stain our boat dock months…read moreago and he gave us nothing but lie after lie. I got an email from someone from his company that said the deck boards needed to cure more. Then when I called him about it, he said that was a lie and the real reason they didn't start was because there was a paint shortage. He said if I could find the specific stain he recommended we use, that he would go and pick it up and get started. An hour later I found multiple Sherwin Williams locations that had it. Then he sent me a picture message of him picking it up, only to go and use it for another job. Months later he says "ok we are ready to start now", giving him the benefit of the doubt, I agreed, but only if he actually was going to start on the date he promised. He had someone come and power wash, but then never followed up with staining it (which defeated the purpose). He also stopped answering my phone calls and his phone mail box is full do you can only text him. Of course the only time he texts me right back is when he had the audacity to try and charge me for the power washing job. A job that I'll need to pay for again right before the stain is applied. This guy is filled with lies and empty promises. BUYER BEWARE!
