She helped us by asking questions and offering several paint selections that would suit our taste. In the end, I bought several samples and tried on my own. In the end, I chose the one that Kellyn initially suggested!! This is a very hard working husband/wife company and the team they brought to the house to complete the work were very respectful and their work were very detailed. Kellyn is very sweet and would check in on the progress daily and send me texts so I was informed about what would happen the next day. We are excited to review JK Custom Painting! We hired them to paint our whole house's interior right after we finished our new floors. They did a magnificent job preserving the pristine status of the floors and the quality of their job is top notch. Kellyn was kind and helpful in thinking through colors with us, suggesting colors that would match the floor and coordinate with each other. Jairo's attention to detail left the house in the best shape it has been since we bought it. He pointed out little things that needed fixing that we forgot to point out to them, and he found things we had missed and fixed them too. Not only is this company vary prompt in their responses, but they were willing to work on a weekend so that I didn't have to go out of office at my job just to let them in the house. With 11 years of experience under their belt, they were able to repaint my entire house to the color scheme that I selected. They covered up holes, scrapes, and scuffs from shoes with the painting they did. Best of all, just as I thought there were some tiny details that they missed, they went back and touched up every part of the house. That's what you call going above and beyond! Not a single detail was missed, and not a single question was left unanswered. I used this company last summer to paint the outside trim of my house and clean my gutters. They were prompt, courteous and did a fantastic job. I planned to interview someone else but decided to cancel after the other man took too long to provide a quote. Great decision on my part. Job site was spotless at the end of each day. Photos of problem areas (rotten wood) were provided. Plan was discussed in detail. Price was reasonable. I have learned that you get what you pay for, and JK Custom came through for me. If fact, I asked them to come back and rescreen an outdoor porch for me. They removed all the trim, replaced the screens and repainted where needed. Again, price was worth it. This Company is absolutely Top Notch from start to finish. I hired them to paint the exterior of my home and they really did Great work. I am very pleased with their attention to the details of the project. As an example of this was the color of the house. Kellyn and Jairo spent a great deal of time and effort making sure the color was exactly what I wanted. Additionally, there was an area around the side of the house where the drainage from the roof over time had caused damage to the siding. They informed me of the problem and replaced the siding and fixed the drainage issue perfectly and at a fair price. I would highly recommend them. I interviewed several painters for this job and I am very pleased with my choice. There was a stain on the ceiling and damage to the Sheetrock in my master bath. Jairo, Kellyn, and team did a great job working on the exterior of our home. They power washed the house, driveway, and stone patio. They also painted all of the trim, windows, and downspouts and made all necessary repairs where there was weather rot or other damage. We recommend JK custom painting and repairs because they did great work on our house they painted our deck it looks brand new they repaired and painted our porch railings and post and other trim around our house that had been damaged. Finally found a paint crew I feel confident in calling back again and again. I went above what was expected to make the paint job was satisfactory. There was a problem with the paint I asked them to use. They normally use SW, but SW didn't have the color we needed. So, I found the color at HD. They had to put 4 coats of the HD paint on to get the coverage the SW paint provides in just 2 coats. No extra charge. Next time I'll go with their suggestions. read more
