This place really needs to step it up! Each time I decide to give them another chance, they show me why I consistently go to Hideaway or Andolini's in Owasso and am willing to pay a great deal more. I've never REALLY come to Mazzio's because I like their pizza, it's always been pretty "meh" to me, but my family wanted pizza and it should have been convenient for me to order online and pick it up but...it wasn't. The pizza was fine, it is what it is. But I had also ordered salads and a sandwich. I arrived when my order should have been ready, it wasn't...that was fine, no biggie, I don't mind waiting a couple of minutes. But when the woman at the window (who was quite nice) began bagging my salads, I asked about them. They were HALF the size they used to be. I'm charged the same amount, but I'm getting half the salad...and not even a full pepper in the salad now...I got two slices in my salad of the banana pepper. Seriously? You can't even throw in an entire pepper? Then, when she was finally handing me my pizzas the poor woman had to tell me that they hadn't even put my sandwich in the oven yet. Well, if you've been to a pizza place, you know how long it takes for anything to go through the oven....I had to wait, just for that one sandwich, while my pizzas grew cold...so much for convenience and being able to pick it up quickly. Why they didn't put that through with my pizzas is beyond me. So, while I was sitting there waiting for my order, I looked up at the sigh to see what their current special was and well, lets just say spelling isn't someone's forte'. "Famile"? Really??? Buy another vowel guys! I guess I shouldn't be surprised considering while I was waiting at the window I read some type of flier someone had put together talking about some survey that made absolutely no sense whatsoever, it was pure nonsense. A survey for what? I had no idea...the document taped to the window never said what the survey was for. And whoever wrote it, talked about "it would really help me"..."me" who??? I sat there looking at that piece of whatever it was supposed to be and asked myself..."I wonder if anyone ever takes that survey just to find out what in the world it's about." When I got home, I opened my sandwich and it too was about half the size it used to be, I was not impressed and it was a squishy, dripping mess! Those used to be so good. Not only was it small, it was also smashed and haphazardly assembled. Now, it wasn't my doing that it was smashed together. It was the last item I received, therefore it was ON TOP of all of my other items when I traveled home. To say that I was underwhelmed is an understatement. Again, the woman at the window was as nice as could be (I do not fault her), but the restaurant was not swamped by any means when I arrived, and I do understand there are still online orders and door-dash etc., but come on guys...you really need to step it up! You rate nowhere near 5 stars. In fact, you barely get the 2 I'm giving you. read more

Ordered pick up last night because lord knows they don't deliver anywhere and they had the shortest wait time. 15 minutes. So I went to pick it up and bring it home only to find out it's the wrong pizza. I sent my daughter back to town to pick up the right one and the manager yelled at her even though she told him it was for me. I'll be stoping by this Mazzio's today to see if this grown man wants to yell at adult instead of a child. This place is a joke! Don't go here. Worst customer service and the pizza sucks! Yes they know how to spell family. I asked them and they said ran out of "y" and thought we could get some great comments on the misspelled word. I eat there all the time. Manager said top ranking store in district. Place is always great. read more

OK I don't know what has happened to Domino's Pizza in Collinsville Oklahoma we've been eating there for 15 years. The last four times we have ordered delivery our pizza has been over an hour late one time almost 3 hours it has been cold hard and wrong. So tonight we called it in and went and picked it up when we got it home my wife orders her pizza with no sauce every single time tonight it had sauce on it after getting out in the frigid cold to keep from having to deal with the late deliveries. We called to try to get some remedy we're hung up on three different times and now they're telling us bring the pizza back and they will give us another one they should've done it right the first time and because they got it wrong they should have delivered it to us With at least no delivery charge they said they would bring it to us but they would have to charge us the delivery charge. We will never eat there again Domino's in Owasso delivers to Collinsville now so I guess they will be getting our business. I don't know what's happened but whatever it Is it has been catastrophic for them. Talk about downhill in a hurry. We will never order delivery we will never pick up and we will never walk in again. read more

Do you guys realize how much business you lose to Andolini's? We live just 6 miles outside of the town almost to the Washington Co line and you won't deliver here....but Andolini's will, from Owasso! Don't try and say it us corporate guidelines either...the one in Marble Falls, TX delivered to my parents house 10 miles away. Andolini's is more expensive but we happily pay for the convenience and awesome pizza and generously tip the driver. They even drove out in one of the winter storms AND offered to stop at Reasors to bring milk or bread or other staples people needed. You guys look really bad in comparison. read more

I paid 10 fucking dollars for the buffet and they had 0 fucking pizza and had to eat dessert pizza because they were totally out of everything except dessert pizza which I was given a dirty look for eating even know that was the only they had on the buffet the restaurant looks like it ain't ever been fucking cleaned. Don't eat at this restaurant it's terrible I will never eat here agin I suggest you don't either. read more
