The pictures say ALOT about this place already! CUSTOMERS DON'T MATTER! Anytime you allow your employees to park where it makes it harder for your customers to come in your establishment, then you don't deserve to have my business! We have wanted to try this place several times and pulled in several times and said NOPE! There's usually a white truck parked along with one or two over vehicles by the entrance on the right ALL DAY EVERYDAY! Apparently they don't care if they have customers or not. I can't stand to see chairs on top of tables and hour and a half before closing! That sends a message to everyone your already closed! I get that you need to close off a section but you could leave the table's down and put a closed section sign up. read more

Place disgusting. Walked in. Lettuce all over the floor. Trash barrels overflowing near food orders. All the floors has old food everywhere. No towels to dry your hands in bathroom. Had to use my pants. Run by a bunch of incompetent kids and whoever the manager is is responsible. I canceled my food order as felt sick to my stomach. The food was cold on the buffet bar and it is far from being a pizza place. I'm surprised the food inspectors has not shut them down

My husband and I went to Mazzio's in Guymon Oklahoma on a Friday night. We ordered our food and sat inside and ate, and then before leaving we ordered for carry out. We had Excellent customer service by our waitress Kaitlyn Hernandez and also by who I believe was the manager, Hector Hernadez. Restaraunt was clean and food was very good. I have gone here twice and it's been very disappointing. The pizza tastes old and microwaved and the service is below subpar. There is usually two teenagers working so service is of course bad. The management is even worse, the soda machine is probably fixed a few times a year. The Pepsi logo is chipped and it looks like someone ran a house key across it. And the soda is so watered down it's practically fuzzy water without even a hint of cola taste. And the bathrooms are smelly and the toilets have hairs on them yuck. I wish I could like this place more but the food, service, management, and cleanliness suck. Go to the Pizza Hut instead and save yourself a visit from this place. read more

Friendly service but... the ice is unfiltered and changes the flavor of your drink. When our pizza came they forgot plates And they wings we ordered and when I final went up to ask for them I was confused because they were not wings they were nuggets they were about the size of a quarter. everything was over cooked. I went back to get our Cinnabon and they gave me some random persons wings so again I went back up to get OUR food and they apologized and gave me the Cinnabon it did not look like the traditional Cinnabon ( semicircle ) but a big pile of over cooked cut up Cinnabon. read more

Pizza is generally good and the salad bar is fresh. They do keep the buffet stocked during lunch but not much to offer if you are too early or late. The sandwiches are decent but don't ask to have it customize, they have no idea what that means. Service isn't great but they are somewhat friendly just spend most of their time talking to each other instead of waiting on customers. read more

We have ordered delivery several times and the pizza is so inadequate. The topping does not even cover the crust leaving at least 2 inches and sometimes more untopped at the edge of the pizza! Something so simple as delivering the cheese topping with the pizza is undo-able for this business. $20.00 for an extra large loaded pizza should have a better result!!!!!! O'yeh, here we go, can't compare to other Mazzio's, only been to one! Love their noon buffet, always good and good selections! But must add Pizza Huts are along the same line! Both businesses are excellent! Enjoy!!! read more

Horrible service. Waited twice the amount of time told and finally asked about our pizza - it had been sitting there getting cold. The kid didn't even apologize. Keep driving & don't stop here. read more
