Second, The Kickstarter is a series of five small 1:1 sessions to assess your fitness and allow you to quickly become a butt kicking class member. This is done by testing strength, flexibility, and endurance. Last is the level program that allows everyone to do the same workout while having modifications built in based on the assessments mentioned above. This has the added benefit of the trainers being able to meet you where you are. I showed up because of word of mouth and would love to pay that forward. It is worth coming in and see for yourself. Ask lots of questions and see if you are not impressed by the team!

That's it ! Everything is confusing when you walk in! And plus they charged me $100 plus $40 just to sign up! Forget that! There's ATC right down the street that I can $25 for and go to all 20 of them! It's just not worth it to me ! There's only one Germantown athletic club and fifty other clubs that have more than one! There are plenty of cardio equipment options and weights. Staff is nice and helpful in answering questions I had about my membership. The parking lot is small and can be chaotic with the shopping center and Dixie Queen traffic. The gym is easy to spot from the street, I'm not sure about security guards or if there is any security services for the gym/shopping center. For the most part I would visit for convenience since it is closer. With the black card there is a limit on how many times you can " visit" another gym outside of your home gym and the limit is 10/month from what I was told here. But if you have questions about the black card perks definitely speak to one of the representatives for more accurate information.

You could feel the difference the moment she walked in the building. The energy, the positivity, the way she spoke to people, and how she actually cared about members made this place feel like home. She didn't treat people like just another membership number. She remembered faces, checked on people, motivated us, and made everyone feel comfortable no matter their fitness level. Even when the gym was busy or stressful, she handled everything with professionalism and grace. Since she stepped away from the AGM position, it honestly hasn't felt the same. You don't realize how much someone truly holds a place together until they're gone, even though she's still there just less and not the manager. The atmosphere, customer service, organization, and overall vibe changed noticeably. No disrespect to anyone else, but some people can work a position... Mrs. Kiva WAS the position. Crunch really had a gem in her. She set the standard, and a lot of us members still talk about how much we miss her energy and leadership. End of it Sam argued, didn't care and said it is my choice to be a member and I could find somewhere else. Sam doesn't understand I do my chemo treatment Monday afternoon and my routine includes coming to the gym for mind body and spirt before the infusion center. This is not about a sauna thing this is about a routine I've been doing for a year and some employee with zero care. Sam didn't know and doesn't care because Sam is all about Sam. Anyway end of the day Sam is right. I can choose any gym and just start a new Monday routine there. Please don't hire anymore like Sam. I just spoke to the manager who took time to hear me.
