I was going to be in Memphis over the Christmas holidays and sent an email. Received a response from Brooke the same day encouraging me to drop in. Wanted to ensure that I created the proper approach, so I asked about the cost to attend a few drop-in classes while in town. She provided information on Bot's Boxing which operates from the same building at Memphis Judo. Brooke was very welcoming and instead of payment, asked for a review of their facility, instructors and the environment. What a wonderful first month. I have been to other gyms and really like some things about this…read moreone. First is the people. Great group of folks that range from super elite to folks like me. Second, The Kickstarter is a series of five small 1:1 sessions to assess your fitness and allow you to quickly become a butt kicking class member. This is done by testing strength, flexibility, and endurance. Last is the level program that allows everyone to do the same workout while having modifications built in based on the assessments mentioned above. This has the added benefit of the trainers being able to meet you where you are. I showed up because of word of mouth and would love to pay that forward. It is worth coming in and see for yourself. Ask lots of questions and see if you are not impressed by the team!

I have had 2 billing issues at different times over 5 years and gym management worked with me to get them resolved. I would highly recommend NBS.
