I called before arriving to verify hours, etc. Staff were friendly on the phone and during my visit. Unlike some places that cost more money for the same service, this place had me in and out in about 10 minutes for less or equal cost. Then the mechanic came out and told me I also needed another part for $200. I said fix it. Then the same mechanic came out and said I needed a 3rd part for another $300 and my bill was now close to $1k. Again I told them I needed my van fixed. I'm then told "their other dealership" in PA can fix Dodge vehicles. I left and told a friend about the quotes I was given. She told me to go to her garage, which is All Makes Express. I went to them and was told it was a hose that had become disconnected. They connected it for free and I'm a loyal customer ever since. These are the only mechanics who are honest in their assessment of your vehicle. I can't praise them high enough on the trust I have with them making repairs on my vehicle.

Dianna who works here is completely awesome other than that the new manager is a complete utterly disrespectful douche canoe, treats the customers like he's some lord from above because he can pull a oil filter and drain plug.. Switched over oils to a cheaper shitter oil.. I will make it know to the city that this place isn't the same anymore, ever since this new manager came in the place is literally a damn circus.. Other people have said the same thing about him, maybe start doing an asshole check before they're hired since they deal with customers? Idk just my opinion

They ruined the clips that hold it in as well as the screws. Several technicians told us the skid plate is not needed and most people just leave it off. Then we were told to order repair kit online and they would put skid plate on. We complained to Valvoline and talked to the manager and received no help at all! Horrible customer service.
