Jenny is the daughter of Gloria and she was running the store with a new born and mom away on vacation. They did not miss a beat. Jenny helped while in store with choosing a dress and asking about style preferences to pull dresses to try on, she made the entire process and my daughter comfortable. The even fitted the dress with alterations, which was a relief not having to take the dress elsewhere. Additional fees do apply. We ended up renting 6 suits from this company and they turned out amazing. The entire rental comes with everything you need for that day including socks and cuff links. The pick up process was extremely easy as well, just walk in and there is a bag with your name attached ready for you whenever you there. I also don't know if this is common knowledge but there is a deal if you purchase enough rentals one becomes free ! The total ended up being very reasonable with the purchase of 5 suits, it was less then what you would get anywhere else and we tried different places before we settled on Tuxedo Den.
