It's a novelty dine in experience with lovely service, and no problems upon pickup (they have doordash, food was still hot within a 15 minute drive home which is great because we were actually enduring a power outage and my husband wouldn't have had a nice hot Sunday lunch otherwise until who knows how long the power got restored) and it was ready promptly. I have tried it several times since the new owners took possession and the ice cream is not as creamy as it once was. They still have many flavor options but what I am finding is that the pints are mostly 85-90% vanilla ice cream with minuscule flavor add ons. The salted caramel cashew used to have several swirls of caramel in the vanilla with whole cashews. There were no cashews in my ice cream and the caramel was almost undetectable. Pretty much the same with the Peanutbutter Curl. I really hope the new owners can bring the ice cream back to what it once was.
