I was contacted by AuroIN as one of hundreds of emails that usually end up in my spam box, but the…read moretiming was good for me with their offering and I decided to hear out what they thought they could do for my website. Their first point of contact, David, was an extremely nice person who took a lot of time with me by phone to explain their assessment of my site. I really put him through his paces to make sure this was not a scam service since I'd had no prior knowledge of them and they execute a lot of the work from another country. Amidst the pandemic, I decided that it was a good time to do some housekeeping for my business, so I went ahead and engaged their services. Given the fact that I've been really busy during this time, I have allowed the time frame to complete the scope of work to extend longer than I probably would have at any other time. That said, by allowing more time to pass, I have gotten the benefit of their being very thorough with all the tasks that they committed to from the beginning. I had a little hiccup mid-way through in working with them around what my expectations were versus what was completed. When I spoke with David about the progress, this turned out to simply be an issue of not yet speaking with the right person about the technical work. David was very patient with me during our phone call and continued to provide very good, sincere communication. Then, as soon as I was connected with a gentleman named Manas, the person who was actually executing the work, all of my concerns and issues disappeared. I was able to communicate all of my needs to Manas and have them completed with excellence. So if I have any tip for future customers, just make sure to speak with the technical team lead as soon as the project starts. David is in the marketing / outreach department for the company and is a great touch point person for the project overall, but for the execution, Manas or other tech leads are who you should interface with asap. Overall, their commitment to quality work and making good on their promises has been as good as one would hope for in dealing with any company. Going from wondering whether they were a scam (as an unsolicited email) to recommending them for their work, all of that is owed to the fact that they have great communication and they do what they say. I paid in full upfront as part of the deal that I made with them, so that speaks further to their integrity and long term work commitment. If any less reputable company had already received the money, they might be less motivated to finish strong. That has not been the case at all with this group. I hope this helps you in your decision of whether to work with them. And here's my website and product story, if anyone is curious: https://www.diningelevated.com/how-we-started

Then, we found Brooklyn Wedding Videography and they were AWESOME. The work is high quality, Robert captured everything we wanted for our special day and then some. He also was early to arrive at the hotel and then traveled to the venue, he captured every bit of our getting ready process through the end of the night and was constantly on the dance floor capturing some of the best moments during the reception. He used various camera angles and captured absolutely everything. Delisa was also amazing with the editing process and communicating with us about things we wanted/didn't want in our edits. We received our trailer and longer video very quickly and Delisa always helped us with making any changes we wanted to music, cuts, etc. You also receive all of the raw footage too which is amazing and something that many places don't offer. Overall, BkWV was awesome and the work is very high quality and beautiful. We will cherish our videos for a lifetime and I cannot recommend them highly enough to anyone who is looking for videography services. Thanks BkWV!

Unfortunately, my friend & I arrived about 15 minutes late, but a nice attendant escorted us to the showroom & found us 2 empty seats rather quickly. The theatre holds about 30 or so people. I love these small joints! There were a bunch of lights along the top of cieling, but a small ledge that would be considered the stage. This is a perfect spot for one-man shows, which this play was. I actually enjoyed the performance & was still able to totally get the story even though I was a bit late. Check it out @ thebuddhaplay.com. The basic metal seats were alligned in such a way that all would get a decent view of the performer & the room was neat & clean. There was an elevator to get you to the 3rd floor showroom & I was glad for it b/c the stairs were super steep. All in all, this is a cool little spot to watch a small, cozy performance.
