I had chosen another caterer several months…read moreearlier for a fine dining party I was hosting April 30th, but due to the other caterer failing to follow thru at the very last minute (8 days before my event) after several months of planning with them, I was forced to scramble to find a caterer. Engroff's was able to seamlessly and extremely professionally cater my event at the very last minute. Their event coordinator was able to meet with me Monday (after I contacted them Friday afternoon) at the venue, offer multiple suggestions about the menu, we set a menu...and when I mentioned I was hosting ANOTHER event the following day (May 1st), informed me they would also be able to cater that event was well, if I was interested. Both events went off without a hitch and after receiving multiple compliments about the food (and Engroff's being extremely professional and understanding about how stressed I was due to the first caterer falling thru), are now my caterer of choice, bar none.
