I have little experience of what to look for at a Paintball site apart from Health and Safety and whether the punters were enjoying themselves. On arrival I was greeted by two staff with a friendly wave and taken to meet the owners. Fortunately, there were several schools arriving as well as groups of adults. It appears Campaign has been owned by the same guys for over 20 yearsthe site is vast and what I saw totally reassured me. Interestingly, the first school to be briefed was a school that I knew really well having worked there many years ago so I was able to speak to the pupils and teachers as the morning went on. They liked the equipment, the variety of themed areas and the banter of the marshals. Some games were extremely tactical and serious stuff. It was obvious the adrenalin was flowing and every pupil I spoke to was fully engaged and loving it. Lunch was also provided in the price. Most groups I spoke to had been before, and this backed up what the owners said about repeat business and making the experience bespoke for 'their customers'. In conclusion a well run operation, clear instructions, heavy focus on safety (I was given a briefing and had to wear the goggles, protective gear on the range even at lunchtime) and what seems like new equipment. I intend to take a large group of dads (and daughters) to Campaign very soon.

Excellent place for a day out…read more I have been to Campaign three times now. I had such a blast on my 21st birthday many moons ago that I arranged an outing for work. Last saturday I dutifully arranged my best mate Jon's stag party. Really pleased to say we weren't let down by Campaign.. These guys certainly take a lot of care in what they do and I can't praise them highly enough. Thanks again.

They are cheats! I…read moreplanned a paintballing event to celebrate my 30th birthday and found an amazing deal. They told me that even though I have to pay a £155 deposit, I had two options: 1) use the deposit to buy extra ammunition OR 2) get a refund. Two months later, I still have not received my refund. After several emails, the "manager" called me today and said that if I wanted the refund, I should have called them at 10am the day of the event. Mind you, I was busy paintballing at 10am on the day of the event. Biggest frauds ever. Take your money to an honest business.

Is a bit off hand, but easy to reach by public transport. We went to North Greenwich and then took…read morea bus (8 stops) The place is in an industrial area and is literally next to the Thames Barriers, worthy to see if you have never seen them before. We booked an hour of laser tag with 3 games. It was really fun, more than expected. You dont need to run but you will get sweat a lot. Bring appropriate shoes and clothes as your shoes will get dirty and have fun. Great for a group experience. Then you can go for drinks to the O2 in Greenwich.

This place is pretty tucked away, it's right next to the Thames barrier pretty much. The venue itself in first sight is tiny, but when you get into the play arena's, WOW! the size of these arenas are immense and amazing. They are fun to run around in, and they are a great looking and great playing feel. I would gladly go back. Just a shame this one time I went, they offered a turn up and play deal. Normally you'd need to book, they need to do the turn up and play more often.

The booking staff were friendly and informative and advised that our party of 9 would be separated between games. Not ideal but understandable. However, we were not separated and in fact were back to back with many other players under the shelters during breaks and before and after the games started. There was no checking of temperatures as participants entered the location and no mention of distancing at all during the time we were there. We wanted to participate as we had originally booked this event for earlier in the year and I am all for supporting company's and keeping people at work. But... actually this was not good. In addition to that staff shouted a lot at participants including some children. Completely unnecessary in most cases. Many staff were not at all friendly and totally lacked the enthusiasm required to make this a fun activity. Also, it is so expensive. Participants are captives once inside. No paint balls no games. No indication was given, despite me asking previously as to how many paint balls each player may need. Our party agreed as a bare minimum you need 600 balls for 3 games of 2 halves each. Paintballs are £9.99 for 100 / £79.00 for 1000 or £139 for 2000. They don't advertise these prices on their website. And I was advised that I needed to pay £10 per person at the time of booking which would provide 100 paintballs each. It would have been more honest for them to give more detailed information regarding the quantity required from the outset. The customer services call centre is unprofessional - I've waited over 14 days for a reply to an email that I have followed up 2x in writing and called 5 times in relation to another booking made pre Spring lockdown. One final point - not a game for anyone under 10 or for fragile adults - it hurts!

Bought a package for my ten year old to have a party. When it came to booking the rules had changed…read moreto over 18's only, was advised to send tickets back for a refund. Lost money and had a very upset child and then had to find more money for alternative. Three weeks later got a letter saying they wernt going to refund me and insulting advise to sell them or give them away. Made a complaint via Facebook and also lots of other negative public posts to which I replied they approach trading standards as I was....the childish and very unprofessional responses was to block me and delete my comments! Says it's all really doesn't it!? Unprofessional Con artists! Avoid at all costs and visit trading standards.
