The venue itself is stunning, beautifully maintained, and you can immediately tell this is a family-run venue that takes incredible pride in their property, buildings, and service. From the very beginning, the entire team was friendly, accommodating, and so easy to work with. One of the things we loved most was that they have two separate houses on the property -- one for the bride and one for the groom -- and both were spacious and comfortable, which was something we struggled to find at other venues. The venue package itself included so much: tables, linens, water goblets, plates, silverware, and chargers, along with the option for either an indoor or outdoor reception space. They do require the use of their in-house caterer, bartender, and security team, but honestly, that ended up being one of the biggest positives. The menu selection was great, the food was delicious and reasonably priced, and our guests could not stop talking about how good the drinks were all night long. Leading up to the wedding, they were incredibly flexible and accommodating, which made planning so much easier and less stressful. They even allowed us to bring everything over the day before the wedding, which made a huge difference because we were able to focus on getting ready and actually enjoying our day. Unfortunately, it rained on our wedding day, so we ultimately had to move our reception indoors. The team was so patient while we watched the weather and decided what to do. We made the final decision only about an hour before the ceremony, and they moved incredibly fast to completely transform the indoor space so our coordinators could come in and finish decorating. They handled everything calmly and professionally during what could have been a very stressful situation. What stood out most to us throughout the entire day was how accommodating and attentive the team was. No matter what was happening, they made us feel supported, reassured, and genuinely cared for. They were always nearby if we needed something, consistently checking in, and doing everything they could to make sure the day went smoothly so we could truly enjoy every moment. The team at Oak Tree Manor truly made us feel cared for every step of the way. Their kindness, professionalism, flexibility, and attention to detail helped make our wedding day absolutely perfect, and we are so grateful for them.

As we sat on the back porch of our downstairs suite which is called the Texan suite, we saw rabbits hopping around, deer in the back part of their property, and chickens in their coops. Besides being wonderful to talk to, Diane and Villard, the owners who took care of us, met all our needs. My husband has to have a gluten-free and Diane went above and beyond to meet his dietary needs. Even though it was 100° each day, sitting on the porch in the morning drinking coffee was at 75°. They also have a fan that you can use and lights to come on at night. I can't speak enough about this place and we look forward to coming back and enjoying another delightful weekend!
