By American standards this is considered to be a huge mall with 8 levels and all sorts of shoppes and restaurants. As you enter the mall via the parking garage you realize that the mall has plenty of parking with several levels and every parking spot is in vicinity to the entrance of the mall. Remember to note down the level and where you parked as that can get confusing. Also parking is free for the first 3 hours and it is ticket less with your car number plate being your ticket. As I mentioned the mall has 8 levels with a couple of food courts on different level and many of the favorites like Starbucks and Gloria jeans that mall shoppers can't live without anywhere in the world. Most of the stores are the same like in the USA but the one difference that I saw was that the malls also have a huge box store where you can shop for your daily needs. We usually don't see a Walmart or Publix in a mall in Florida.

It really didn't appeal to me, especially located in Westfield. Then one day, my friend dragged me in there.. and it changed my life. Not really. But it was a pleasant surprise, for a penny-pincher like myself! They sell EVERYTHING! Anything from deodorants and perfumes, to underwear and singlets, to makeup and jewelry. There's so much variety! And so cheap! So far, I've bought a makeup palet for $5, that is actually pretty good, I used it to do my Halloween makeup. I've bought a beautiful ring for $2, and I bought perfume for $15. The only problem is, if you see something you like, you have to buy it right away! If you think you can come back and get it even the next day, it'll be long gone.

All perishables are past their best before dates, hence the cheap pricing. Most other items are utterly appalling quality. My empathy to the staff who have to listen to that utter drivel over the store speakers. Ever heard of music?

Determined to develop an unbiased opinion of this store for myself, I visited their outlet in Parramatta Westfield. One of their dresses in particular (ie; the one that Katy Perry wore to some function or the other) caught my eye, and I immediately fell in love with it, but nothing else in their store much appealed to me. Now, I may not be "fashion forward", and it might be entirely true that I shop at Supre on occasion, but I wasn't particularly impressed with their selection. The shop assistant was perfectly friendly, but this seems like the kind of store where every piece will be very hit-or-miss. If you find a few hits, they're quite reasonably priced, so go for it! If you find that most of them are 'misses' for you, though, don't make the mistake of voicing this opinion to the sales clerk, or you might run the risk of being ridiculed like the girl who wrote the email that went viral was!

I paid for a dress that was supposed to be shipping in. But I never received it and I never will. These guys are doing the best they can to keep my money and avoid dealing with my complaint.

There were hoardes of people swarming all over the store out looking for a bargain. My daughter and I browsed around the store and then went over to ask about the bags ( which were in a locked case). The sales lady ( Nancy) was already serving someone else, but instead of ignoring us, she looked over and asked us in a very friendly manner whether we could wait while she finished serving her customer. She had a lovely way about her and seemed to genuinely want to help. Of course we could wait - Nancy was offering fantastic customer service YAY . So we looked at some jewellery while we were waiting and Nancy juggled us with other customers as they came in , while we decided on bags, she rang up other sales and then came back to us to make sure we were fine. Another man in line also commented on what a great sales assistant Nancy was. Nancy even phoned her manager at one point and got us a discount on one of the bags we were buying. Nothing was too much trouble. It was so nice to go into a store and get great service.

My answer is that I've never had a single problem with computers bought from them. I just show up, choose one that I like and take it home. The MacBook Pro I'm using at the moment was purchased about 2 years ago from them, and it's been working flawlessly too. I don't usually bother with salespeople since I know what I want just by looking around, so I can't comment on that. My interaction is limited to choosing something, making sure it's in stock and arranging payment. Their store card usually offers reasonable rates, so if you are a bit short they are a godsend. I've received their monthly bills and they are very detailed, including exactly how much interest you are paying, how much you have to go, etc - and these have been like this since before the law requiring them to detail the minimum payments.
