The guy is so friendly, will help you with your order/figure out what's best for you, and is so speedy it's actually insane. 2) The portions are huge. Side note: I did try to do two orders and came nowhere close to finishing it hahah so come with a friend or be prepared to have leftovers. 3) THE FOOD. It's amazing. I always get the lamb over rice with the white and red sauce (red is spicy cause I like a little kick). It's phenomenal the rice is cooked to perfection, the lettuce they have is always crisp, and the lamb is always tender and tastes phenomenal. 10/10 you have to go.

Use caution before ordering from this Yelp listing. I placed an online order for delivery from…read moreShaker's Grill because Yelp showed the business as open and accepting orders. My payment was processed, but the food was never delivered. After I couldn't reach anyone who could resolve the problem, I took an Uber from my hotel to the address shown on Yelp. At that location, I found a food truck operating as Halal Sher Gyro. I spoke directly with the man running the truck, who uses the same address and telephone number listed for Shaker's Grill. He told me that he bought Shaker's Grill approximately 11 years ago and that Shaker's Grill no longer exists as a separate business. Despite this, Yelp is still advertising Shaker's Grill as open and allowing customers to place and pay for online orders. In addition to paying for food that was never delivered, I had to pay for an Uber to investigate the situation and am now having to contact multiple parties to recover my money. I'm posting this to caution others: do not order through the Shaker's Grill Yelp listing unless you first confirm directly that the order will actually be prepared and delivered. I had to post a one star so that this could be posted. Just disregard the star for this Shakers Grill because the Shakers Grill does not exist. It is now operated at that address as a food truck under a different name so once again, if you order online through Yelp at Shakers Grill, your food will not show up because there is no shakers's grill at the posted address.

In addition to being organic and vegan I also appreciate the fact that they aren't too salty like many other soft pretzels are. These pretzels also reheat well in the toaster oven which is great when you are already stuffed but want to take a pretzel to go. I especially recommend the cinnamon butter dip which has a very unique flavor. I've never had anything like it. It is reminiscent of cinnamon ice cream in texture and flavor without actually being cold or too sweet. You also don't mind using a lot of it as it is light and fluffy in mouthfeel.  They must never take the tasty cinnamon butter away!!! They also have a tasty mustard dip which is a condiment I often recommend to people as a Dietitian due to its many health benefits. As the only local pretzel place in Pittsburgh to serve both organic and vegan pretzels this is the *perfect* vendor to any local party you are having - particularly events that have the need to be vegan and/or organic as people become increasingly concerned with their health and the environment.
