Not only that the service here is friendly and they still wash your windshield. Last time I was here I also purchased a new set of wiper blades for my truck. While I was installing the first new blade, a guy ran out of the office and grabbed the one I had yet to install and got busy hooking up the other blade. It's the small things that are important and this is the kind of thing that will keep me going out of my way to buy my gas here. I have never used the auto service's they offer so I can't comment on that, but seeing how much they pride themselves on taking care of their customers, I have no doubt it would be great.

My original tire was patched on the inside, balanced and mounted back on my car in about 30 minutes. They put my spare back in the trunk and sent me on my way with a minimal charge. I am just so incredibly grateful that they were able to get me in immediately so that I could be on my way to work. Thank you! I know where I will be coming for my automotive needs from now on. :) Everyone was super friendly, the waiting area is bright and clean. I was given terrible customer service the day before at Pep Boys (eek!) when I came in to have the same thing done. I was told it would be an hour wait, made to stand in line (I was the ONLY one in line) for 5 minutes before anyone would look up from their desk to help me, and had to make an APPOINTMENT to plug my tire. Supporting small and local business pays; the service I received today put a smile on my face. Thank you Medford Village Car Care!

Heres my review: Positives: Located in Voorhees Twp on Somerdale Rd. Shop has been around for years and offers standard car services: oil change, brakes, transmission, tire rotation, tire change/repair. Engine flush, transmission flush, etc. For this visit, we were in bad need of front brake repair. Dropped it off early Saturday morning and went back home awaiting a call for an estimate. Estimate call came about an hour after I arrived home. It was an estimate for repairs I was pleased with and they proceeded to get to work. About 90 minutes later, brakes were repaired and paid for and I was back home all before 11 am. I liked their profrssionalism, experience, promptness, talking with the customer, and not feeling the need to over charging or driving up the pricecwith work I did not ask for upon explaining services initially. Negatives: Hours are not typical of a car service center (closes around 3 on the weekdays). However, it is not too bad as the times I have gone I have made sure to get around it by mostly reserving enough time for necessary auto service for the weekend by dropping off first thing Saturday morning. Overall, one of the best car services for repair that lives up to its reputation. Great job Voorhees Tune and Lube!!

He doesn't quote me anything and maybe an hour and 30 mins goes by he comes back with a price. It was around 200 dollars. I notice he was kinda in a hurry to leave. The store closes at 3:30pm and me and him left at the same time around 3pm. I don't know maybe I was his last client of the day. Still have the same problem rear brakes are still bad and it almost seems like no work was done. Didn't show me the new parts that he got for the car nor did he show me the bad or old parts. I got recommended to come here and I don't know there haven't been any more recent reviews since this one I guess.

Well, Mike repaired it so quickly and gave us as good a deal as possible when repairing the AC. He explained everything & so easy to do business with. Then, unfortunately for us, the next week we had a major engine prob/failure w/the lifters that were part of the the flex fuel system. We read that people who replaced the lifters only had them fail again in a few months. Mike gave us an alternative solution- redesign engine so it works w/out the flex fuel system. It took a bit of time & when we first got it back ac wasn't working again, but Mike stood behind his work and figured out the prob & got the ac working again, as well as the engine. We really needed to keep this vehicle running & Mike has done that for us. We couldn't be more pleased. Love the friendly, honest, quality service we received!!! We highly recommend taking your car here for repairs!

Unlike the other shops, which basically said "we'll just tell you orally what's wrong with the car," InTown described an established process and a detailed checklist of what they look for. And sure enough, at the conclusion of the two-hour inspection, they provided us with an extremely detailed report that covered dozens of aspects of the vehicle. It was very thorough, with photographs, and they gave it to us in print and electronic form. They then walked us through the report--my husband and I know very little about cars--and explained the issues in a way we could understand. They gave us a very honest assessment of what would be involved in purchasing this car (which they described as "a project"); they were quite candid, and they did not sugarcoat what we'd have to do if we bought the car. In the end, we decided to not go through with the purchase, since we don't know much about cars and aren't into "projects." I was very impressed with InTown Auto Care. We don't live in the Moorestown area, but if we did, I would come to them for all my car-care needs.
