This place has one of the best shrimp ceviche I've had in the area. Everything tastes so fresh and delicious! There's a great variety of seafood options on their menu that look delicious too. Can't wait to try more! Pricing is also very reasonable here, and I really appreciate that there is a picture of the menu from 10 months ago and the prices have remained the same. This is one of my favorite mariscos trucks. The owners are incredibly kind. The menu consists of ceviche, cocktails, tacos, burritos. You can also order an off the menu grilled fish plate with rice and fries (which I highly recommend). I believe I've tried just about everything on the menu and haven't had anything I didn't love. Highly encourage everyone to come and try this Mariscos. Everything that we tried was amazing and you can taste the freshness in the seafood. My favorite was the aguachile verde it had the perfect amount of chili and not only did It have great flavor but it was so refreshing, it was nice and cold just how seafood should be served. Another positive note was that the cook, and the lady taking the orders were super friendly. They had a great energy. They gave us extra tostadas on the side, just in case we needed them. They have a small table with a couple of chairs If you plan to eat the food there. Also There's a lot of parking since they're right next to a CVS. I stay eating in East Los Angeles because it's my hometown and hands down we have some f the best food ever. My husband and I love Mariscos. We're always willing to try new places. This lunch truck so happens to park by my house. We were hungry and wanted something refreshing and Maye Mariscos was our pick. The lady was very nice and they had a line of people. We knew it was good when people we're ordering for the next day already. She has a very good variety of things. They had so many different tostadas, their tacos were so good. I got the camarones en salsa negra and a taco de pescado. My husband had the aguachiles verde and a tostada mixta. Everything we got was delicious we definitely made a great choice by coming. The location is a lunch truck there are chairs and a little table where you can sit and eat your food. They also have take-out and they're there every day as far as I'm aware. I definitely give them 5 start plus five more if you're ever in East Los stop by and try these mariscos. They will not disappoint you. read more

Delicious! I got a tostada de ceviche de camarón and I basically slurped it off my plate. Flavor was rich and good. I usually have to add lemon or tapatío to my ceviche but with this one I didn't. They have little tables and chairs for you to enjoy your food if you're eating there. Service was friendly and prices are extremely reasonable for the amount of food you get. My plate was only 6$ and was honestly enough for like 2 1/2 tostadas. I was so full for the rest of the day. The empanadas were also delicious. My cousin tried the Tostada Mixta it was spicy was very good. Definitely a food truck I will continually visit when in the area. They definitely use top quality ingredients in their food. read more

I've known Maye for a very long time, ever since he was a chef at another famous mariscos spot, and I can confidently say the best thing he could've done is establish his own food business.
