They use water based poly which didn't leave a terrible smell after it was stained. The color looks rich and there were no stains left on the molding. Within an hour the entire old deck had been removed. The install began with laying out a perimeter feature board, followed by the main deck boards of a contrasting color to make the deck even more beautiful.
