We started tis project the middle of October and on October 31 the company came out and installed 29 panels on my roof. Great job done. Now we are waiting on EP Electric to install the meters which should be by the end of next week and we are up and running. The whole process took about a month to get completed.

Exhaust every other company before you invest you energy and money into Trismart solar. Aurelia Rueles along with Erica in Customer Experience are the rudest, most offensive people i've ever dealt with in customer service. The owner Mark Bench is non existent.... i wonder if such a person even exists. Example, when i asked to speak with him i was told my our project manager Aurelia that he "comes and goes as he pleases" and they have no way to contact him via phone or email. This business is a complete scam. Needless to say signing with this company will be nothing short of the worst experience you've ever had.

Not to mention there seemed to be a delay in parts ordered because tech that came to my house was too rushed and did not take proper information so they could order the part, when I had called yesterday and this was dismissed saying parts had already been ordered. Tech initially came 6 days ago. I'm frustrated that i have to see my baby struggling with the heat and afraid of her having a heatstroke. Coincidentally, there is a good review here with someone that has the same name as me, makes me wonder if they make fake profiles to keep a good rating. Since we're still in the process, if they are able to meet my necessities in the time frame I was given, within the next 2-3 days, I may consider changing my review. for now it's just leaving a bad taste in my mouth.

The technician, Omar, arrived and identified that the Freon levels were too high, causing the system to short-cycle and shut off. He turned off the compressor and then simply left the property, leaving my entire household stranded in the blistering El Paso heat. When I called customer support to find out why he abandoned the job, I was told he didn't even have the proper equipment on him. They expected me to schedule a follow-up service call DAYS later whenever their schedule opened up. To make matters worse, they sent me an invoice with an estimate of $525 just to remove the extra Freon. I called several other local companies and researched the standard rates - no reputable place charges more than $150 for this. This is a massive price-gouge. Now I am stuck paying a $95 diagnostic fee for a service that left my family in a dangerously hot house with zero resolution. This company takes advantage of people when they are vulnerable and desperate for AC. Avoid Ignitify at all costs and find a contractor that actually has the tools to do their job and charges honest prices.
