My most recent encounter with their services did not disappoint. Working on a time crunch, Wegferd's Printing and Publishing worked in cooperation with Action Trophies to provide the entire community of Eastside, Oregon with Neighborhood Watch Signs at competitive prices and in remarkable time. Quite literally, from the time the order was placed until delivery, we waited less than 2 days. Impressed over the years, and impressed all over again. Everyone encourages people to support local business, and I must say I am delighted to when the service, price and quality is comparable to what I could find elsewhere. Thanks for going over the top to help our neighborhood! Once again, you are appreciated!

Just finding all the problems was a tough nut to crack! Comp-U-Talk's people got it figured out and did a very nice job of it. What is surprising is to see this computer business still around while so many in the CB-NB area have closed up for good. That must be due to them actually being good! I just hope in 10 years they are still around when the next time for digital indigestion comes around...LOL!

They NEVER communicated. I had to call for an update everytime. Finally after a month of this and them saying they need to order more parts and they don't know when it will be done i got frustrated and the boy told me "the phone is completely destroyed" well you should've said that from the first time the technician looked at it if he knew it would take more than a month to fix it. So he tells me that i could come pick up the phone and he would have it ready the next day. When we went to pick it up it wasn't even IN THEIR STORE! SO unreliable and not helpful whatsoever if the communication was better we wouldn't be as upset!! The customer service is what we are angry about !!

In addition to the service, the staff was really great in all regards. Very happy I ended up near here when the problem occurred.

They didn't work, likely due to an operator error, so we made plans to stop by the next day during business hours. Sure enough, doing a soft reset (correctly) as he suggested the night before cleared the non-responsive screen problem. Lives in a sketchy neighborhood on a gravel road that sounded like it is hard to find. Says they're too busy and forgot all about my message from a couple days ago. They could not even estimate a cost for doing 1 foot of stitchup work. A ballpark estimate before I make a longish drive would have been nice but none was forthcoming. She changed her Yelp business photo after our encounter. It used to have her business card showing and it said she did service at your home. Barview is a sketchy neighborhood too. As for no phone calls, I have POTS (Plain Old Telephone Service) and no way to screen for junk calls so only those who know how to call me (8 rings) can get through since the junk callers quit ringing after 6 rings. She is not on the computer much is her claim but she had enough time to post a longish inaccurate post about this situation. Go figure!
