The morning of the…read moreappointment at 8:58am I received a text stating my appointment was pushed back which was unprofessional to me because my appointment was at 10am. I had already arrived early and went back at 20 to see if I can talk to stylist face to face but she wasn't even at her location (the doors were locked and I knocked). She was unprofessional because she wasted my time. I could've went to someone else who would've kept the appointment or just remove the times you know you can't make it to your shop. That made me feel like she doesn't value her customers nor their time. Gas is high and I wasted my gas. I WILL NEVER try and book her again and I recommend finding a stylist who values your time.
