I have been a patient of Dr. Bledsoe's for about three years. I went to her as a recommendation from my husband's general practitioner as we were seeking help for infertility. She is an endocrinologist not an ob/gyn and comes with a different manner than you might expect or prefer. She was clear with us up front about her approach to infertility and what we should expect. We were finally able to get pregnant (after two years of trying on our own) with her help and we are back again in hopes of adding a sibling to our family of three. We have maintained a solid relationship with Dr. Bledsoe, she is invested in our process and I am very grateful to have found her. One very big plus for me is that she maximizes an IUI cycle with two days of trying. This is in contrast to what why friends of mine report back from other infertility practices. I've been seeing Dr. Bledsoe for almost 3 years. I've had hypothyroidism for about 6 years now. Her personality is very different from my last endocrinologist. I have found her nice but very straight forward. I had to have some surgery due to a growth and she went through the process. One thing that you have to be comfortable doing is asking her questions. I find that if I ask her questions she takes more time to explain things to me. Her appts are very quick but I appreciate that. I just walked in from my first appointment with Dr. Bledsoe and I am puzzled by the negative reviews here. Everything was seamless and pleasant (as pleasant as doctor visits go) from start to end. I didn't even have time to settle in my seat at the waiting room when a friendly and kind nurse called my name (I was on time for my appointment). Dr. Bledsoe came in just a couple of minutes later - she did not keep me waiting at all. She was friendly, patient, listened to me and answered all my questions. She addressed all my concerns, made herself available if I needed to call her in the future, and overall was the most pleasant doctor I have met. read more

Dr. Bledsoe took time to thoroughly discuss my health needs. She taught me how to do monthly wellness checks on my thyroid gland. I've had thyroid issues for over 10 years and have been to 9 other Endocrinologists in the Austin area and none of them even asked if I was doing a monthly wellness check on my thyroid. She has a positive attitude, happy disposition, and kindness about her. She asked me to message her about the dosage of Vitamin D3 I'm taking. I just met with Dr. Bledsoe this past Friday. She is the third endocrinologist I will be seeing in ten years. The first had no connection with the patient and I did not feel cared for, the second was really nice and friendly but when I called to get an appointment I was going in to see a nurse practitioner which I don't mind but I did not want to start seeing a different person when I already "felt" established with the Dr. So, my gyno referred me to Bledsoe for my PCOS symptoms. 1. Nurse was very nice and patient. I can talk alot and fast. 2. Bledsoe was also very nice and patient kindly reminding me to get back on track when I would start to lose focus, she was not rude about it. This was a helpful thing she did because I was adjusting to a new medication that was making me hyper. Dr. Bledsoe comes across to me as professional and friendly in the way that she needs to be to do her job. As I go further into treatment with Bledsoe I will leave another review because at this time we are just charting things and have not started any actual treatment. Wow! After reading the reviews posted before me I have to wonder if we're talking about the same doctor because I love Dr. Bledsoe. I was diagnosed with thyroid cancer in 1990 and my follow care was volleyed back and forth between my surgeon and my primary care physician. About 4 or 5 years ago I was referred to Dr. Bledsoe who I had heard about about in the community for many years. She was able to quickly diagnose the problems I was having regulating my TSH levels. I found her to be an especially pleasant person, very personable and is one of my favorite doctors. I'm sorry to hear others who decided to post here didn't have the same experience and I hope for their own health issues that they were able to find a doctor who they could work with. read more

I don't understand the reviews of Dr. Bledsoe. We owe her so much happiness and joy in our lives. She helped us get pregnant. Twice! She was caring, patient, funny, and helped us through one of the toughest times in our lives. We couldn't recommend her enough. She is amazing. She was highly recommended by our OBGYN and when we first met her she couldn't be any nicer. She made sure to answer all our questions and was extremely thorough in trying to eliminate all of the reasons why we weren't getting pregnant. When she found the issue she held our hands through the entire process. What was scary, and could have been overwhelming, became very manageable, her confidence even made it routine. I have had a wonderful experience with her. I have been seeing her for 6 years and she has always taken me seriously and helped me fully. I just really like her. She is honest and doesn't best around the bush, yet always hopeful. I have had other doctors tell me to jump straight to IVF and she will tell me there is always other options and hope. What an absolute WASTE of time. If you need to talk to someone within a month or two, DO NOT call this person. My OB/Gyn referred me to an endocrinologist because of some issues that I was having with my current thyroid medicine. Basically it wasnt working, so my OB said I should go to an Endocrinologist. On my own volition, I called up Dr Bledsoe, as she is with ARC and I have gone to ARC for years for general practitioner problems. That initially was Jan 2. It is now JAN 29, and I JUST got a call back because Dr Bledsoe JUST decided to take a look at my records. Keep in mind.... she will not even TALK to you or schedule an appointment until your records are sent to her. So now its been a month- she said I have menopausal symptoms and WANT TO REFER ME TO A GYNO!!! Who is REFERRED ME TO THIS LADY TO BEGIN WITH A MONTH AGO!!!! So now I am back to square one, looking for an endocrinologist. TWO former patients told me this lady was bad news before I even called. I should have listened to them and saved myself a whole bunch of time and hassle. WORST EVER. If I could give them ZERO stars, I would. read more

The first time I saw Dr. Bledsoe was April of 2011, I think. I'm hypothyroid, and I have been for quite some time. I told her on my first visit that I feel better with both T4 and T3 supplementation. She ran a full thyroid panel on my first visit and when she got my results back (which I never got a copy of), she only put me on Synthroid. It was a low dose, and about 6 weeks later, I went back in for another blood test (I didn't get a copy of that one, either), and she upped my Synthroid dosage. While I felt better, I still wasn't great. My last visit with Dr. Bledsoe was in November. She told me at that visit that if my blood tests come back normal, I didn't have to see her again for another year. Well, shortly thereafter, I've been having problems with water retention, hair loss, inability to lose weight, insomnia, sore muscles (not the good sore you feel from working out), and yes, a little bit of depression. I'm still having these problems. I was going to give her a call and make an appointment, so I looked up Dr. Bledsoe's number on the Internet and found all of these bad reviews on her, but I thought I'd take most of them with a grain of salt...that is, until I asked for a copy of my lab results from November. I was shocked/horrified/amused at what I saw. She only ran a T4 test and a Vitamin D test. REALLY? With everything that can affect how a hypothyroid person feels, that's all she cares about? That, in addition to the, "...now, who are you again?" vibe I got from her the last time I was there, is making me choose another Endocrinologist. read more

I am shocked to read the other reviews for this doctor, and SO glad I didn't bother to read them before going to see her and experience her care for myself. The doctor I have been receiving treatment from, for both fertility and my thyroid condition, does not sound like the person described in these other reviews. She has always been attentive to my questions and concerns, as well as respecting my privacy and discussing my either medical history in order to effectively treat my conditions. I have experienced long wait times, however, I've attributed most of that to having had to get my appointments squeezed into an already full schedule. Her nursing staff are always courteous and friendly. I wish that Austin Regional Clinic would set her up in her own area with dedicated nurses and support personnel, as my only negative experience to date has been in dealing with the reception desk personnel in Suite 475. Were Dr. Bledsoe not as phenomenal as I have experienced her to be, I would have ceased visiting the Seton Northwest location of Austin Regional Clinic because of Suite 475. My only negative review will be in relation to leaving messages and the time spent on hold to speak with one of her nursing staff. There are hours recorded on the message, which I sometimes hear during the hours that the phones should be answered. Otherwise the care I have received from her has been fantastic. She has always been attentive to my feelings and needs. again, I don't think the other reviews that have been posted can be about this same person. read more

I have been a patient with Dr. Bledsoe since 1999. I found her after being diagnosed with Graves' disease by another endocrinologist. I had many questions and the other Dr told me "to look it up on the internet" and had me taking 19 pills a day to control the condition and was told not to do anything more physically demanding than vacuuming. My thyroid was so enlarged that it was choking me, in short, I was a mess. Graves' disease can be very scary if not managed properly. After interviewing a number of doctors, I was very grateful to find Dr. Bledsoe. She was one of a few that actually let me make an appointment just to meet her and talk without having to schedule an exam and lab work. After my first appointment, she explained my condition, what my treatment plan would be and why we were doing what we were doing. She also gave me plenty of good reference material regarding my condition. We did end up removing my thyroid a few months after trying other treatments, but surgery was not our immediate "go to solution". Dr. Bledsoe referred me to a great surgeon and I came out of the surgery with no problems. I also had some eye issues related to the thyroid and the eye specialist that Dr. Bledsoe referred me to was also fantastic. When my husband and I decided to start a family, Dr. Beldsoe was instrumental in helping me become pregnant and with making sure my hormone levels were just right. I loved that her office was able to see me and confirm pregnancy and run hormone levels before my OB would even see me. In addition to Graves' disease I also had ulcerative colitis (UC) and most recently colon cancer related to the UC and ultimately had my colon removed to treat the cancer. Due to both the UC and now lack of colon, my body does not absorb as a normal persons body does. Dr. Bledsoe has monitored me closely and has always worked hand in hand with my GI and oncologist. She has coordinated labs with them and shared results so that I don't have to have the same labwork done by three different Dr's. On a number of occasions, Dr. Bledsoe has personally called me to discuss lab results or call to remind that I am due for labs/appointments. I have never had issues with getting an appointment, Dr. Bledsoe running late or feeling rushed. Her nurses are friendly and I can generally get one on the phone if I am having an issue. With as many medical issues as I have had in my life, I am familiar with good and bad Doctors and know that I need to be an advocate for myself. It's so much easier to advocate when you have a Dr. on your side that just wants to see you feel good. 14 years later, I am still a patient with Dr. Bledsoe and have never had any of the issues arise that other posters have noted. Dr. Bledsoe is a matter of fact, straightforward Dr. She does not candy coat any issues and I feel like she is working with me to keep me healthy. If you are looking for a Dr to chit chat with and be your best friend, then look elsewhere. If you are looking for a Dr. that is thorough, knows her stuff and will work with you to find the right treatment plan, then I recommend (and have on many occasions) Dr. Bledsoe. read more

I went to see Dr. Bledsoe after a referral from an internal medicine doctor while in-patient. He suspected Addison's Disease after a 24-hour test. I spent more time filling out paperwork than she actually spent in the exam. She ran bloodwork but told me that she didn't think I had Addison's Disease. A week later, she called back with the results happily telling me "all was normal, Cortisol was normal but the ACTH was low". I asked, "I am taking hydrocortisone for Addison's disease. Isn't that why my cortisol levels are normal?" She was curt and retorted, "Go see your GP. Maybe he can figure out what is wrong with ya." Alrighty then. He reviewed the bloodwork as well and was firm- "You need to see someone else." I went to another endocrinologist and was uneasy about doing so- expecting the same result as the cold, condescending approach I received from the above named doctor. He ordered bloodwork before I went, discovered that not only do I have Addison's disease but I ALSO have a Goiter and Hashimoto's disease. She never even looked at my thyroid. Further, while I was o hydrocortisone already at a very low dose awaiting for a proper diagnosis, I was experiencing tremors and I was freezing- both signs of Addison's. I could not control the tremors while IN the exam. Ignored. I questioned it all, but I was brushed off. I left that appointment with her in tears as I thought perhaps all symptomology were in my head based on what she had said and saw my GP the next morning. He went over the same results, was very concerned and very firm, "You need to see someone else as I think you do have Addison's Disease." He was right. I had that and THEN some. Thank GOD I proceeded further. My biggest issue with Dr. Bledsoe is not just the missed diagnoses but also, the fact that if I had listened to her, I would have died from complications from Addison's Disease. Further, I was walking with a cane and she questioned this. The reason? As discovered at the appointment with my GP so, "Maybe he can figure out what is wrong with ya..." we learned that I had ruptured discs. She treated me as though I were some sort of hypochondriac. Having never been ill before in my life and certainlny not seriously ill, I was bewildered about my symptoms. She was condescending, short with me, and extremely unprofessional as she left 3 times during my appointment. She ;had stated that since I was on steroids for the Addison's that, "You should not have issues....". I have since learned that is only true if you are on a dose that is therapeutic. I was not. I am on DOUBLE the dose that I was on at the time that I saw her and am feeling fine now. She dismissed me. The issues I am reporting are VERY serious as it could have become a life and death emergency had I listened to this "doctor". I liken her to a quack. I have never experienced such a doctor before or since and given my very ill state at the time of my appointment; I normally would never have allowed it. Thankfully, I brought a list of my symptoms and concerns but she took that sheet and tossed it to the side. I truly felt too weak at the time of my appointment to question her. I would NOT recommend this doctor to anyone. This doctor and her approaches- which seem to be the only thing consistent with her are her poor approaches as a physician- are very dangerous indeed. NO patient should EVER be made to feel that the issues that they are having are "in their heads..." particularly not when these issues are MEASURABLE- as they were in my case. Further, no patient should ever leave a doctor's office in tears of frustration. Sorry. NOT acceptable. read more

If you would like to be talked down to and ignored then Dr. Bledsoe is for you. She spent about 9 minutes with me. She is rude and does not know how to explain to you what is wrong with you. She is a fast talker and it is hard to understand what she is even talking about. She hands you about six to eight phamplets with information about your illness as she rambles on and on. It's like being in a college course with a bad professor who makes no sense and doesn't let you ask any questions. She is not a good communicator at all. As she was walking out the door she popped her head back in and asked if I had any questions. I sat there dumbfounded as I tried to collect my thoughts and before I could open my mouth she was gone. What I really wanted to ask her is which Kinkos she used to to have her diplomas made. I was referred to her to manage my hypothyroidism by my psychiatrist. I have an independent lab do my bloodwork because I cannot get health insurance because of my hypothyroidism and it's much cheaper. Anyway, the bloodwork is emailed to me and I saw that all of my levels were within range (as they have been for over seven years). I told Dr. Bledsoe that I that I felt great. She looked at my results and she immediately told me I did not need one of the thyroid medications that I had been on for seven years. She told me to never to take it again because it is more for depression and anxiety than for hypothyroidism. I told her that might not be a good idea because I suffer from anxiety and depression. I told her to look at my chart, which was right in front of her, and see all of the high doses of medication that I am on for anxiety and depression. She did not respond to my question and told me that depression and hypothyroidism are not related at all. What a joke! They have EVERYTHING to do with each other. I told her I was out of the medication she wanted me to quit taking. She said, "Good. I'm not going to give you any" and walked out and didn't come back. By the next day I was so sick I couldn't function. I was shaking and had lots of anxiety and it was hard for me to breathe. I didn't go to work for two days. I called her office three times within a two day period and no-one returned my call. I called my psychiatrist and he gladly put me back on it immediately and I feel great. read more

Thorough, but her condescending attitude led me to find another doctor. She is a competent doctor for endocornology issues, but there are better doctors out there. Her practice seems to be more focused on fertility, and her fertility patients seem to be happy with her - your mileage may vary. read more

I was just curious to see how she ranked on here, and wasn't going to write a review. Until.... I see that my experience was just like everyone's. I wish I had read these before wasting my time and going! Yes, she was extremely late for my appointment time, but I get it. I work in the medical field too, and know how things happen. So I'm generally more patient because of it. But what blew me away, was right after introducing herself upon entering my exam room, she tapped her watch and said "We need to hurry this, because it's almost 5." Really lady?! I waited to see YOU, not the other way around. I took a deep breath, and tried to shrug it off. Two more times within a few minutes, she tapped her watch again. She didn't listen to anything I was saying, and basically handed me a name brand script and told me to follow up with my PCP. I asked her if she had samples I could try and was told by Dr. Bledsoe they don't carry them. BS! I know the rep that comes to your office and delivers them, as well as your nurse told me earlier you had tons of them! Dr Bledsoe stayed late to see me with same day request from my primary Dr. Very kind and informative and helped me a ton to get another appointment from another impossible to see doctor. Very urgent medical need and I don't know what I would have done without her going way out of her way to help me. Honestly I'm shocked the handful of 5 star reviews on here, seriously shocked. Maybe she saw all the one star reviews and decided to change her style? Because when I saw her a few years ago for infertility she made me feel like an idiot every time I saw her, and I always left in tears, with more questions than answers! Zero bedside manner, zero empathy. I was trying to get treated for PCOS but she was only focused on the fertility part. "It doesn't matter if you have PCOS, let's just get you pregnant." Then after we spent a great deal of money and time for one round of AI, she tells me as I'm laying on the table waiting to get "fertilized" that even with everything we did, we only had less than a 2% chance of it working. SERIOUSLY!?! I never want to see this woman again. Long story short, we adopted from foster care!! Working with the state was less stressful than our time with Bledsoe, and free! read more

I'm so glad I got a second opinion. Dr Bledsoe prescribed synthroid for a high TSH level without checking my T3 or T4 thyroid hormone levels. I don't have thyroid disease. Two clues she missed are I have almost no symptoms of thyroid disease and the medicine produced the opposite results from what she said should have happened. When I asked a about this I was quickly told to go see my GP. Dr Maya Bledsoe is more cattle herder than physician. Perhaps she gets a bonus for prescribing the meds. read more

My husband and I agree with every one of the negative reviews of Dr. Bledsoe. She is condescending and rude. When waiting for a ultrasound you wait a minimum of 30 minutes even if you are early. And when they make you get a ultrasound on every IUI is completely a waste of time and money. They will not give you a IUI unless you get a ultrasound everytime. All they care about is milking the desperate couples and making sure there % of fertility patients is high. We have left this office and are already happy with our new Doctor and staff. The front desk girls job is to constantly talk about "payment" they forget to tell you directions on what is going on. She has the bed side manners of a motorcycle mechanic. As a college student I don't have very many sources of support or empathy for my thyroid issue. Dr. Bledsoe fully accommodated my school/exam schedules to get me the best treatment for my personal case. She addressed my needs as a woman and a student. She made me feel secure that I could get through my illness while balancing a full course load. I'm reluctant to give negative reviews but in this case, I feel compelled too. I first saw Dr. Bledsoe a few years ago and things have not changed. The appointment was extremely rushed and I barely had time to think and ask all my questions. I had my thryoid nodule removed and now my TSH levels are high. Why I don't disagree with the diagnosis that it's now hypothyroidism, she immediately said: take your meds, read this, get your scan done and come back in 2 months. She didn't discuss any side effects and I had to ask her if this was a lifetime thing - this is still unclear to me. She was running late to begin with (about 30 mts late) and despite her saying you're not rushing me, I definitely felt like I was. I think my actual appt her may have lasted 5 mts max. read more

This is my first yelp review, my experience was so bad with this doctor I felt the need to do it. I went to this doctor for hyperthyroidism issues, I was recently diagnosed. She was ok at first but something about her rubbed me the wrong way. She failed to hear me out-she was always in a rush. She was upset that I didn't want to do the txt she recommended-so she referred me out. She told me the new doctor was cute.....how does that help me?? She told me 2 or 3 times I was going to die from this or the medication would kill me what a way of explaining things or making the patient feel at ease. I asked her about a symptom that could be related to my hyperthyroidism she told me she didn't know that I to go see my family doctor-this is after I just paid $40 to see her! The pharmacist questioned the medication she put me on. The new doctor told me she was overdosing me-at a hospitalization level (that is probably why her pt's die from the medication) lucky for me something told me to hold off on starting them. I'll probably report her to the Medical Board they are only located on the floor below me! I like my new doctor way better-she understands my struggles and is good about giving me options rather than telling me i'm going to die. GET A SECOND OPINION don't trust this doctor at her word-i'm glad I trusted my intuition. read more

I have systemic lupus, and hashimoto's thyroiditis which kinda goes with the territory. I was having problems with my thyroid and my DO tested my thyroid and told me it was within normal limits. Well my normal limit should be close to 1 for life to be good. It was close to 3, when I asked to have my synthroid increased she wouldn't because it was within normal limits. Needless to say I am no longer with the DO. I talked with a friend of mine and she recommended Dr. Bledsoe. She was kind, and listened to me. She got me back on track again. Just went back for my six month tuneup with her the other day for some additional tweaking. Having a chronic illness sucks, so to be able to go to a physician like Dr. Bledsoe, that truly cares and listens goes a long way towards helping me keep up the good fight. read more

I have been seeing Dr. Bledsoe for 3 months for treatment of hypothyroid. At our first appointment, she was so quick that I felt overwhelmed. She provided me references about treatment and my options which answered most of my questions. At our next appointment, I came prepared with my questions which she seemed happy to answer. I am so confused reading everyone else's reviews... Let me start from the beginning. I received Dr Bledsoe's information from a couple she assisted with pregnancy. They beamed all things good about her and recommended her to us. The first time we met Dr. Bledsoe my partner and I just knew she was the right Dr for us. Right now we are pregnant and have nothing but great things to say about Dr Bledsoe. We would recommend her to all of our friends and family. In all honesty I can see the review about the five minute max visits being partially true... I mean she is very busy but I have never left the office feeling unsure. She knows our information without checking our chart. Now I have been to a lot of doctors in my life... And I can't say I recall any doctors being able to do that. So although our visits are quick they cover all the information and steps we need. Secondly her nurse Olga is awesome. I love going in to visit with her. We will take the baby in to see them when he or she is born, send photos maybe bring some cookies. Its kinda sad to know that our visits will be over soon. Sometimes I tend to believe its easier to yelp something terrible than to yelp something positive about someone. I just left Dr. Bledsoe's office earlier this afternoon and I have to say, I'm very very surprised by the earlier reviews. Either she has had some major shift in her demeanor, everyone is being very harsh, or this is one pissed off person who went to great effort to review her multiple times under different names. Either way, I couldn't disagree more with the previous reviews. To start with, she was very nice and completely pleasant to talk to. Dr. Bledsoe didn't seem remotely rushed, though she is efficient, but I appreciate that because I have other things to do than sit in a doctor's office all afternoon. We waited for about five minutes before seeing the doctor at which time she thoroughly explained why my ob/gyn had sent me to see her and what we needed to do from there. The first step of which was testing. I'm frankly confused about why previous reviewers had a problem with the fact that she wanted to immediately test them. What the hell else is she supposed to do to figure out what's wrong with you? It's not a like a skin disease where she can just look at you. Also, because I am pregnant she wanted to immediately start medication. I didn't get the impression it had anything to do with her "pharma approach." I believe it was merely a response to hypothyroidism. She then explained that she wanted to check my blood work again soon and get an ultrasound for what she thought might be a lump on my thyroid gland. She did a very thorough examination and explained everything to my husband and I and made us feel at ease about the situation given that I am early in pregnancy and having enough thyroid is a big concern. She did all this while maintaining a very pleasant bedside manner, a bit of humor (which is always appreciated when you're a bit nervous), and was completely professional. After a lengthy explanation she asked us if we had any questions and was sure to answer them fully and made sure we understood her response. Again, I suppose it's possible she's read these horrid reviews and had a serious change in how she handles herself, but the experience we had was nothing short of what I wish every experience I had at a doctor's office was like. Even her staff was wonderful and went through a lot of effort to get me in as quickly as possible. I have been one of Dr. Bledsoe's patients for about ten years. I was referred to her by my family doctor because of my TSH levels. Based on a few answers to her questions she probed a little more and we did several lab tests. I didn't know a thing about thyroid disease and I appreciated the extra time she devoted to me. Between my diagnosis, three pregnancies, and regular check ups, I have probably had 40 appointments with her and have only waited over ten minutes once! We move quickly through my appointments now, but I am confident that if I did have issues or questions they would be answered thoroughly just as they were in the beginning of our relationship. read more

I have had nothing but difficulty in dealing with this doctor. She would tell me to get a test done before proceeding with my care. I would get it done and then she would go back on her word and still deny me care. She agreed that I could go to my primary doctor to see if I could get my testosterone and diabetes care taken care of. Then when I do she decides that she is no longer going to treat me because I went to my primary doctor. She decided to drop me as a patient out of the blue with no warning and no proper reason given. Said she is referring me to another doctor and can no longer help me. This happened right when I was trying to get a refill of my thyroid medication to which she denied. Saying she was only going to approve 15 days worth. Not even giving me time to find another doctor. It takes several months to see a new doctor as a new patient and in the meantime time I am still without my testosterone and will run out of my thyroid medication soon. She is the worst doctor with no bedside manners and cares little for her patients read more

I was referred to Dr. Bledsoe by my OB/GYN when I couldn't get pregnant. After reading the reviews on here, I was very apprehensive, but it seemed she was the only endocrinologist in the ARC system. I have seen her and her nurses for the last six months for hormone therapy and IUI's, and my experience is very different from the negative reviews here. They were extremely professional, sensitive to the emotional nature of my experiences, and patient when I needed things explained a second (or even third!) time. Dr. Bledsoe reviewed my history at each appointment, returned My Chart messages within 24 hours, and clearly explained my choices each step of the way. Except for one time, the nurses called me with updates when they said they would. After five IUI tries, I unfortunately did not get pregnant, but I wrote the office a thank you note anyways, because I am so thankful for the empathy, experience, and knowledge. My one complaint about the experience is the lab tech that collects the "specimen" on the IUI days...she seems overworked and grouchy, and I couldn't stand the way she inspected the cup right in front of me! read more
