I was never offered my money back, nor did I receive any response or apology. I then escalated the issue to the salon. While they did apologize and offered a complimentary haircut with a top stylist, by that point the trust was gone. I declined, because I should not have to risk further disappointment or spend more time fixing a mistake that never should have happened. Between the poor quality of the haircut and the total lack of professionalism and customer care, this experience was beyond frustrating--it was unacceptable.
