In my experience, Maxwell Property Management has been extremely unprofessional and unreliable. Communication is almost non-existent -- calls and emails go unanswered for weeks, if they respond at all. They completely ignore tenant concerns and maintenance requests, even when issues are serious. Their behavior feels dishonest and misleading. Fees are unclear, explanations don't make sense, and nothing is ever documented properly. It honestly felt like they were taking advantage of tenants rather than managing properties responsibly. Customer service is awful, accountability is zero, and transparency does not exist. I would strongly warn anyone thinking about renting or working with this company to be very careful and document everything. I dealt with Felipe directly at MWPMG. He's very upfront yet personable. I was very interested in a house he was brokering. He took me on a tour that afternoon. My girlfriend was interested in seeing it that night and Felipe even came out THAT evening to show us the property at 10pm. He is definitely committed to his job. We locked up the deal the very next day! We did encounter small issues with the house upon move in, but Felipe was quick to remedy any and all issues in a timely manner.
