The…read moreguys here were very patient while we tried out many bikes, then tried some more, then tried the same ones over again. This is always important when buying a bike, and they made my girlfriend very comfortable when she was working her way through her decision. To make things a better fit, they gave her a good deal on a quick modification to the bike that was done while we waited, so she could try out the fit. Any bike purchased here comes with 2 years of tune ups for free as well as a bottle and cage - can't beat that! While it's crazy to find three bike stores within a half mile of each other, this is the only one you should visit while in New Hartford/Utica area.

Overall experience as always great. Heather was fantastic. Its hard to believe she has only been…read morethere for a month. I came in for a mattress, bed, and side table. Selection was great. Checkout was great with Heather. My only concern is Antoine. Heather ran into difficulty, keep in mind she has been there ONLY 1 month. She asked for help. He was tge most rude and obnoxious person . I was embarrassed for her. I have been in customer service for a long time and he treated a Co worker like a piece of garbage. Had it not been for her other 2 co workers, a lovely lady and a younger tall chap, I probably would have walked out. Never berate your staff in front of customers. She managed to correct the issue, however what is disconcerting is that if she ran into trouble again, the other two told her just to reach out them, that Antoine was in one of his moods. That is not okay. Please do something about his manner. When I had my own stores, employees tgat spoke their co workers like that would have been out the door. He needs to be restrained in customer service. When I have to purchase again which I will, if he is the only one there, I will come in a different day. Otherwise Heather deserves 5 stars for her composure and personality. Loved her
