Super easy! 5 stars on communication and ease of booking. I don't know if pricing was great or not as I genuinely don't know much about detailing. His basic interior detail pricing was $130 plus another $20 for the pet hair, but I don't know how that compares to other "basic details" by other businesses as they all seem to include something different. It was supposed to be more but he worked with me on price which I appreciated. Based on the work done I think pricing seemed reasonable, though again I don't know much about detailing :) They left my car looking really good and really clean, and he also did my wheels and running boards at no additional charge while I was there, which I really appreciated. He got most of my dog hair out which was impressive as there was quite a bit. The seats looked really good (leather). I'm not sure if they did anything to protect or condition the leather but they looked pretty clean!! They cleaned the inside of the windows but not the outside. Victor was really nice and you can tell he's passionate about his work. He's willing to work with you and just wants to make his customers happy. Overall great and easy experience. He has all the excuses under the moon not to come back and finish the job and yet, he will come up with some excuses to charge you more. He doesn't know how to communicate with his customers. He will make the customer feel like the poor job he does is the customer's fault and treat you like the business owner and not the customer, and he doesn't realize it. It is very sad that he charges a lot of money. The money is good but he doesn't do his job as well as he takes the good money from his customers. He can't keep up with his deal and numbers therefore he doesn't even know his own business. When you take a lot of money from people and do not deliver accordingly it is usually that big fat money will have a hard time staying safely in your own pocket. I had an appointment scheduled for Friday at 12:00 PM. At 10:45 AM, Jed texted to say he would be…read morearriving after the scheduled time but wasn't sure how late. I responded that it wasn't a problem and asked him to let me know if he needed to reschedule. I did not receive a reply. Because I hadn't heard back, I assumed he was still planning to come. Around 12:30PM, I pulled my car out of the garage and prepared it by removing all the floor mats and the backseat cover, which is not easy to remove or reinstall. At approximately 1:00 PM, I received a message that he would not be coming and needed to reschedule. This was frustrating, as earlier text would have avoided the unnecessary preparation. For context, I have polymyositis, a muscle disease that makes movement painful and physically difficult. Preparing the vehicle required significantly more effort for me than it typically would for someone else. I understand that delays and schedule changes can happen, but clear and timely communication is important, especially when customers are preparing in advance. Based on this experience, he doesn't respect other people's time and I would avoid.
